My husband and I had a really awful experience booking with this company. We booked with the travel…read moreagent Angie Percival for a trip to Cancún, Mexico. We booked with a large group and several of the group members felt that they were treated rudely by her. She was incredibly hard to get ahold of through both email and phone call. We contacted her several times through email and by phone about her using an incorrect email address for us that she never did correct. When our flights were canceled due to weather we were not helped by the office. We were informed that they could not help us with anything due to the trip being within 24hrs. We where directed to a phone service that we were on hold with for 4.5 hrs. After an hour of hold I called the agency office back to ask about cancellation policies and refunds for days missed and they informed me that they couldn't help with any changes and that I would have to wait on the phone like everyone else and they didn't have a magic button to push us through in line. The online service took so long our original airline was already booked full and we had to pay extra to fly with a different airline. We were also told that we would have to pay a penalty fee for missing a day at the resort due to weather, even though weather was out of our control. Overall we were very upset and would advise against anyone else using this agent or agency!

I've already forgotten the girls name, but the long blonde haired lady receptionist and the long haired blonde girl Erica, at the first desk, . I think, I'm terrible with names ,we're so nice and accommodating.! They gave me a lot of information on what I was thinking about , the different ships , the destinations, the prices, you name it. This young lady was so helpful.! When I told her I wasn't sure where or when I was going, she was darling, gave me a booklet on different cruise lines and was very very helpful! Took quite a bit of time with me, and even realizing I wasn't going to book anything was very, very kind ! Thanks you guys !!!!!! :-)

Bad tour April 21 to 23. Good tour guide. Discovered that the itinerary on Get Your Guide was…read moreincorrect. Guide said it looked like cut and paste from 7 day tour not 3 day. He said some of what was outlined was not possible in short time frame and was surprised we asked for only one day in Yellowstone. We did not ask. That was the offered tour. Tour of Yellowstone and Grand Tetons a bust. We were told weather might affect and long drives so I accept that. Was not told that many of the roads and views of all Yellowstone Lake are not open until at least May 1 and some not until May 15. Saw zero views of Grand Tetons due to fog. Nobody's fault but none of the internal roads were open by the lakes so total waste of time. This after scary drive over the pass due to snow. 3 day tour from Salt Lake City should not be an option since it is 10 to twelve hours of just to and from driving to and from SLC. Then much of the park is closed. We were so disappointed we flew out of Jackson Hole to escape the 6 hour drive back.

First of all it was the best experience we have had to see via helicopter the beauty of the terrain and wildlife of the national parks. I was very thankful that Leah arranged to have the best helicopter company and pilot. Most importantly the professionalism of this pilot and safety was paramount. Leah listened and helped to get this arranged specifically which made it a beautiful and safe experience of the Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks and surrounding areas. We got back a litte over a week ago from the "Wonders of Peru" May 2026. This was a fabulous tour…read moreand our first with Brian Judd Tours (definitely, not our last). Steve Judd was our guide throughout possessing the perfect calming and good natured temperment dealing with people and/or unexpected issues. He didn't seem phased or ruffled by much. He was very diligent in making sure every tour member knew what was happening whether we were grouped together or not. He also accounted for each piece of luggage at our various stops. We felt cared for and appreciated. Everything was handled in a professional manner whether it was with Steve or any of the office personnel (pre-tour). All of them were eager to assist in any way possible . . . they shine in customer service! :) All of our infomation packets (Pre-tour & during) were spot on preparing us for every aspect of our experience. We also appreciated the in person / Zoom pre-trip meeting as well as the rapid response to any questions we had. Now for our tour. We loved the size and pace. While the company can't control the weather, it was beautiful the whole time . . . May really is a great time to see Peru. Our local guides, Charo (Cultural) & Pepe (Incan), were warm, humourous, relatable, and knowledgeable. Reynaldo was our expert driver. All of our guides at Machu Picchu (a dream come true), the Amazon (Orlando & crew), and throughout Peru were top notch. We were impressed with all of our accommodations and the whole journey really was "Crafted With Purpose." There was time to rest and recuperate as well as enjoy all of the Peruvian destinations. Peru is so much more than Machu Picchu and we loved our whole experience. If you haven't been to Peru, you must go with Brian Judd Tours.
