The problem is I ASKED FOR A WALKTHROUGH and was told by Paul they didn't do walk throughs and I stated jokingly to Paul don't try no funny stuff when it's time to return my security deposit. WELP HE DID JUST THAT BY MAKING ME BELIEVE MY DEPOSIT WAS GOING TO BE RETURNED, falsely accusing me of owing an electric bill that wasn't mine or the property I was renting/owing a lot of money yet didn't say how then GIVING ME A BOGUS INVOICE 2 weeks before I'm to receive my deposit back justifying keeping my deposit yet NEVER bringing this to my attention. Had court date 7/21/25 NO SHOW! "Vacationing their lawyer stated" I don't believe that!!! When they had enough time to cancel before I wasted my time and they wasted the courts time. listen my experience was worse than I ever imagine. I even had damages I owned up to immediately when they occurred that didn't exceed $300 and that was much more than I did. They are being greedy on top of retaliating against me on behalf of their friendship with NONSTOP EMERGENCY SERVICES (don't hire them either) THIS IS MY HUMBLE WARNING to ALL. RUN! I honestly gave them 1 star to show my gratitude of having a roof but if I had known how much I would've stayed elsewhere.

First and foremost, let me explain that All County Residential was the condominium management firm…read morechosen for the condominium association I live in. They managed my condo association from 1/1/19 - 6/30/19. Let me tell you, they are one of the most unprofessional firms that I have ever dealt with in the almost fourteen years I have lived in my condominium. Michael Thompson, the owner, provided poor communication at very best - most of the time it took between 2-4+ weeks to receive an answer to an email, and several other times no response was given whatsoever. When you call the office and leave a message for Michael, also no response or return phone call is given. It is obvious this company has very little knowledge, or simply does not care, about the condominium owners in the associations it manages. All County "picks and chooses" what rules it wishes for the community to follow - and ignores some of the very important rules set forth in the bylaws of the condominium association. This company simply listened to what the Board said, instead of investigating if there was any truth behind the allegations set forth by the Board - in our community's case, it involved gas appliances. Gas appliance owners (to be fair, many unit owners already had fully electric appliances installed in their units from years past) were initially given less than 30 days notice to switch from gas appliances to electric appliances, or a very hefty fee would be instituted the following month. This changed shorty thereafter due to community outrage, and we were then given closer to two months to make the shift, and the fee lessened significantly per month - but still an additional fee if you decided to keep gas appliances. The Board affirmed a new amendment as of 3/31/19 regarding gas appliances, but there was not a 75% approval of 95 condominium owners, as is required in our bylaws for amendments to pass within the community. This 75% approval rule was ignored by All County. Frankly, All County is lucky that the unit owners did not ban together and form a class action lawsuit against the association and the Board for purposeful failure to follow the governing rules set forth in the community bylaws. All County also ignored the rule in our bylaws stating that all members of the Board must be unit owners and listed as such - despite one Board member's husband being listed per the Board of Revision of Taxes in Philadelphia as the unit owner (and the Board member not being listed as the official unit owner). On another note, All County was very aware of an exterior wall leak infiltrating my unit and causing damage due to improper asphalt maintenance and lack of brick pointing over many, many years - and yet still put the onus on myself to fix the interior of my unit (which had already been done and proved 3x since my owning the unit) with no compensation of any kind whatsoever. As a unit owner I understand that I am responsible for the interior and interior repairs of my unit, but to fail to compensate me due to a lack of maintenance and upkeep of the exterior causing my interior damage - this is absurd. I was promised that the exterior issues would be alleviated via a contractor and brick pointer due to asphalt (and even foundational) problems - and now that All County has given their notice and is leaving as of 6/30/19, still nothing has been done nor will it be done under their clock. To add insult to injury, Michael Thompson was at my home investigating my wall issues and stepped on and broke one of my landscape lights; I was promised a replacement, and here we are 3+ months after the incident and I have yet to be reimbursed one penny. In summary, if you are thinking of using All County as your management company for your townhouse, apartment, or condominium association, take my advice and run far, far away.
