I wore my new boots out of the store, and within 50 yards I realized I might have gone just a bit too far on the down-sizing. I could feel my toe just touching the front of the shoe. Mike was great about exchanging for a half-size up. Very happy with the store and the boots.

He did such a great job of attentively helping us while also helping others...that's pretty rare. A couple of times when we needed something while he was with another customer, the other sales associate (I didn't catch her name, unfortunately) was just as helpful and friendly (also juggling multiple customers). James did a great job of assessing our needs & preferences and recommending just the right pieces. He and the gal working knew the store's inventory, where to find it, and offered to special order any size they didn't have in stock. Needless to say, we left with a full bag of new treasures! We will definitely be back. (James was also knowledgeable about the general area, giving us great restaurant recommendations! :)
