On Trac is the absolute worst company ever! They are so incompetent and unreliable. I don't recommend having them deliver anything. Unless you like your stuff late, broken, missing, or stolen! I've had so many problems with them. Packages that never show up but say delivered. Packages days out for delivery but doesn't show up for weeks. Important documents missing for weeks then I reach out numerous times. With no reply. Finally told them I would report them and it miraculously came the next day. I'd have to give this company a zero. My package from Best Buy has been sitting in Redlands, about 10 miles from my house for over a week. Each day they delay delivery another day. I send them emails and they tell me nothing as to why such a long delay. Last communication they tell me it will be here on the 30th, if you believe that a total of 10 day, from it's arrival at Redlands. At this point I have communicated to Best Buy how their poor delivery service is effecting their customers. There are many other companies who manage to get product to you on time, early or at worst a day or two late. I will be thinking twice about ordering online from Beat Buy in the future. I suggested they have someone in leadership call OnTrac personally and let them know this is unacceptable. Sharing to hopefully to set expectations for others. read more

If I could give less than one star, I definitely would! Did not deliver package. NO HELP in tracking it down. OnTrac stated package was delivered and it may have been, but it wasn't delivered to ME! Not good doesn't cover it. Horrible. Impossible to get through on phone. Message says to press "9" to speak with someone, and when you do it says you've elected to receive text messages and hangs up on you. Wish this was the first terrible experience with these clowns, but it is a routine thing. We have asked Amazon, Sam's, Costco and other regular places we shop to never, never, never use OnTrac when shipping to us. read more

Delivery driver stole my package and tried to forge my signature not realizing that being that my mail box is at a UPS store, I would not be able to sign for it. Not 1 but 2 packages that supposedly delivered by Ontrac on different times did not arrive on my door even though it says it was delivered. I even called customer service they said they'll investigate during those times no call for updates I have to call them numerous times just to tell me they could not do anything about it!!!The service is very unreliable & very incompetent! The company I ordered my stuff have no control which carrier should deliver the package, very sad. Now I will not order online which uses this carrier & others who do the same! My package was never delivered (even though I received a "delivery confirmation" on 12/22) while I was home which I was initially very understanding being that this occurred during Christmas week. I informed each representative I spoke with on multiple occasions that I have cameras on my property and that no initial delivery was ever attempted nor any redelivery attempt made. I received calls from two "shipping managers" with the same last name "Sofia & Eli Diaz" both stating the driver would reattempt delivery on both 12/23 & 12/28 which never happened. I spoke with several OnTrac representatives everyday in attempt to find a resolution and one in particular (a representative named Briana) was very nice and attempted to help stating she would escalate my issue to management and I would receive a call back within 24 hours. Upon following up today (after the 24 hours passed) I was connected to Jessica Duran "Special Accounts Representative" who was extremely rude and I'm shocked that she is in the position she's in with zero Customer Service skills. As mentioned, I have been calling everyday to get a resolution and of course at this point I'm now upset by how everything is being handled or lack there of and Jessica had no empathy of my situation and ultimately stated to call the local authorities if I felt my package was stolen. She also stated that I'm not OnTrac's customer, referred to me as a "third party", and that the original shipper (the vendor) was "their" customer. Completely ridiculous! Her lack of empathy and tone was absolutely unacceptable and only escalated my feelings of frustration and that I was being unheard. If OnTrac was assigned to deliver my package then I am absolutely a downstream customer as I'm counting on this company's services with my property that I've purchased. There was absolutely no accountability or remorse that my package was never delivered and this is completely unacceptable. At this point, I feel like I'm being taken advantage of as I was told to go back to the vendor to receive a credit for my original items purchased which they only offered a ONE-TIME store credit acceptance. So now someone gets away with receiving my previously purchased items and the driver / shipping managers could possibly be involved and I'm not only left to go back to square one but also have to start this process all over again?! How is this the solution?! The fact is that I no longer trust OnTrac after this experience. If OnTrac is the exclusive shipping carrier for this vendor in my area, how do I know this same issue won't occur again when I don't see any accountability on their end, which if this occurs a second time then I'm S.O.L.! This has been the worst experience I have ever had with any company and therefore I felt compelled to share my experience because clearly these types of issues are the norm and have not only diminished OnTrac's brand but also the trust that customers like myself are lacking. This is also clearly a pattern as most OnTrac reviews are extremely poor no matter what location is selected! There is even a forum on Reddit that I came across "r/OnTrac" with the group name "OnTrac is the Worse" and a nickname of "OffTrac". How insanely sad that this is OnTrac's reputation and they simply do not care whatsoever! read more

Walmart uses this courier. They shouldn't. I have a driver on video walking away WITH my package still in his hands but Ontrac refuses to do anything. Driver said it was delivered and GPS proves he stopped at my building they said. But I have him on video NOT delivering my package. Do not use this delivery service, they appear to be stealing Walmart merchandise. I will no longer order from Kohl's or Walmart until they cease using this carrier. read more

While getting my mail at an apt the driver came with packages and dumped them at the mail box and left. He made no attempt to deliver to the apts. My son and I went to the apts and let them know they had packages. My apts they would have been stolen. One was an elderly lady with two that was very heavy. She would of never been able to get her packages. My son andi carried them for her. My on just got out of dialysis and was weak. That lazy driver is despicable. I called to complained left my number and they never called back. They are only getting a one star because I have to leave something to post. read more

THE WORST SERVICE EVER. Redlands location is FULL of theft. Ordered a PS5 from Walmart was scanned in at the facility and was never seen again. Requested to pick it up because I've heard stories. Went down to the location where my package was and the employees were clueless! Asked me what was inside my package, acted like they went to go look for it, waited over an hour and no one ever came back to speak to me. My husband went down there the next day (he has never been there) and was able to access the warehouse as if he was an EMPLOYEE literally could of stole 100's of packages and no one would of said/done anything. He was wondering around trying to found anyone to speak to. When my husband finally spoke to an employee he has him on camera stating that the employees STEAL all the time. They have people coming in through a side entrance. If you have a package being delivered with any OnTrac location please be prepared for your package to be "lost" "missing" aka STOLEN. Corporate is TRASH, they don't do shit but act like they didn't know their business was this corrupt! If you order through anyone please ask them to NOT send your package through OnTrac! read more
