The worst customer service, every number u call there is no answer. When you put the tracking number that they provided on my order from free the people they say it is not correct. Crazy I bought shoes from free the people and failed attempt but nobody can help with package and company will not provide refund because they also are incompetent. All I want is my package and nobody can answer the phone no matter which one you call. Don't use leadership companies because now I also blame free the people. read more

How do we get companies to quit using this shipper, they do not deliver to the address requested, they keep taking shortcuts, and dropping at unsecured sites farther and farther away. They say they delivered, nothing there, hopefully a neighbor will bring it by, again! OnTrac if your not willing to deliver to addresses in the foothill area do not accept the delivery or there will be more bad reviews read more

They have delivered my packages to the neighbors bushes, not at all and now they are saying they attempted to deliver but the business was closed. I live in a HOUSE! I have been home all day! They have already delayed my package one day and now they are saying it could be 2-3 more!!! Unacceptable!!! read more

Really poor excuse for a delivery company. They chose not to deliver my package because of Christmas tree lane traffic. Said "attempted no one at residents." Which was a lie. I had the gate open on purpose for the delivery driver which means he or she just didn't show up. Period. Had they, they would have seen the gate was open and that there was someone home. I'll be sure to contact ANY merchant I use and request a refund or pay extra for another service because if it's the bare minimum you're expecting, this company will still fall short! read more

Rather than leaving the package on my front porch, as all other companies do, they left it in the dirt in front of an outbuilding on my property. And I was charged $9.00 for them to get my signature. We were home at the time and saw the van drive out, but there was not attempt at a signature. Terrible customer service!!!! I am not in a debate with the product company over this. read more

! STAY AWAY ! We asked our on line business to never send using OnTrac again. This time (we've had issues in MD too) it was in Transit and Held in a cycle multiple times. The latest is our MD address is incomplete but it's in Fresno with a Fresno delivery address. They are just a third class company. There is no way to get them by phone and though they have your number do not call to resolve what they decided was an issue. read more

This company is a joke. I was waiting for my package to arrive as per delivery notifications it was out for delivery. I was at home and to my surprise I get a notice via the vendor (REI) that my deliver was not successful and they would try again another day. I immediately reached out and the only way to communicate is via their chat. I gave all my info and when they had my information instead of answering my questions, they sent me a text stating it was delayed. Left me o. The chat for over an hour ... so I ended the chat. Just a complete joke ! Do not use this service for your business deliveries !!! read more

I ordered something at Zara on August 31. The package never arrived. The status kept changing from Loaded on to Truck to Delivery delay and that for a week straight while the package was already in my city. Delivery was via OnTrac (are we surprised, it never arrived? No.) I called Zara and they agreed to send a replacement. Again they chose OnTrac as a delivery company. I wait and wait and wait and on Labor Day, the package says "Delivered" at 3.44pm - and signed for with MY initials. I checked our Ring cameras - there was NO delivery that day. Not the hours before, not the hours after. Nobody was home to sign for anything, with my initials especially. I call Zara and tell them the package is not there. They are asking if i want another replacement or a refund. They cannot guarantee that OnTrac will not be delivering again, so i opt for refund. So now we can't order from Zara anymore because OnTrac is one of their "delivery partners" and obviously something fishy is happening here. I call OnTrac to inquire how my supposed initials got on a package that was never delivered, how there was no delivery - which i have proof for as footage from the entire day of no deliveries - and mysterious Chris of OnTrac customer service, who was not willing to share their last name or employee id, says that the driver just put it there and signature was not required actually. But tells me that they cannot open a claim because via their shipper (zara) only they are authorized to do so. BS. I explained to mysterious Chris that their drivers must be coming up on packages and that there was no such delivery. He does not do anything and there is no accountability. Please note - i left an extended story of my experiences with OnTrac when i lived in L.A. and they must have me in their system red flagged because at this point this is quite odd, that a package that says Delivered - had no delivered attempt and something that was never delivered is signed for with my initials - known to them. But the funniest part is that the package was addressed to my husband - not to me. So they associated my name with the address / phone on Zara's order, tried to cover it up by signing for it and now some size women size high heels may fit Bob the OnTrac driver. read more

OnTrac - Never delivered and fraudulently faked my signature to pretend like it was. - Couriers & Delivery Services Near Me - Fresno, California

Worst fucken carrier in the business. Always issues with it, losing and delay packages. Not to mention lack of any costumer service. Dont understand why any merchant ships with them read more

This is the second package I've had delivered by OnTrac and also the second time they've delivered the package to the wrong door. They keep delivering it to a downstairs apartment rather than bringing it upstairs to my door- that's just straight up laziness. If my neighbor doesn't hand it over there's nothing I can do about it. read more

Blue Apron uses On Trac and in the beginning (3 years ago) they were reliable. Then about 2 years ago they started delivering occasionally. On Trac would post that it was undeliverable because it was damaged or the business address was closed (the delivery address is my house in rural CA). Then the local paper published articles about how a delivery driver was arrested for stealing packages, followed by a story a couple of months later about the manager being charged for theft. Blue Apron now ships my order via Fed Ex Saturday delivery (On Trac doesn't deliver on Saturday), so that's how I avoid On Trac. On Trac is cheap and very unreliable. This review is for the Visalia location. read more

Today is day 3 that my package has been in Fresno and out for delivery! If at all possible I would give zero stars. How is this company even in business? UPDATE: 12/9/19 Today is day 6 that my package has been in Fresno and "out for delivery at the end of business day" After being on hold for and hour and 36 minutes I was told my package "has yet to even make it to the Fresno distribution center." And that it "could be another 3-5 days before I even get my package." To which I replied "SERIOUSLY?!!!!!" The guy tells me that "this is a busy time of the year for them." If they are so busy why don't they hire additional delivery drivers? Again how is this company even in business?!!! This is not the first or second time I have had problems with this company and their lack of delivery when packages are supposed to be delivered. Because of their lack of professionalism I will not be ordering from the company that I ordered my package from. read more

On Trac strikes again. Delivered VS package to the wrong address. Drivers need to triple check addresses. Terrible service.

I can't remember ever doing a one star review, but, here it is. Their customer service is seriously lacking. Don't try to get ahold of anyone through their 800 number, or calling their corporate office. No answer. I feel bad for companies that try and use their service. A wonderful company, Box Lunch, chose to contract with them to help with Holiday deliveries. BIG MISTAKE. If you are a company looking for a delivery service, DO NOT choose OnTrac. read more

This company is the ABSOLUTE WORST company I've ever dealt with. I have never once in the 3.5 years I've lived at my current residence received a package that has as shipped using their company. Multiple packages over the years go missing and never arrive despite being "out for delivery" over and over and over. Their drivers are just too lazy to drive the 10 minutes out of their way to deliver to my house and then after 7-10 days the tracking info disappears and the package never arrives. I've called and emailed multiple times only to receive the same canned response of how "sorry" they are but there's never any resolution. I don't understand how the continue to be in business when they're costing the companies that use them thousands of dollars in replacement fees. Never have I felt like a company was more of a scam than this one. read more

Horrible experience! Have been tracking my package as it has NOT moved for 5 days. When it did finally get moving they took it on the scenic route all over California - from Southern Ca to Northern Ca & back to Southern Ca! I'm in desperate need to get this pkg to a certain destination for Xmas but they can't seem to find where they are going! Tomorrow is Xmas eve & of course there's a major storm which they've been warning everyone about & this screwed up company is blaming the storm on why they can't deliver my pkg!! What a bunch of ! 1 star: only because it's necessary to leave a warning. My experience same as others. Ordered from Walmart. Packages (on two separate occasions) shown as delivered but nowhere in sight. We are seniors in a disabled complex, which is why we depend on deliveries-cannot go "hunting" for boxes. Two days after the first pkg showed delivered and customer "service" not helping, a severely disabled man in a wheelchair-from 10 buildings away- came to our door, clinging onto our pkg. He found it near his home. Pkg #2 same deal. Found in bushes against a building that's been closed up since pandemic began. Apparently an animal found it first. The bright side: the driver did find the correct street/city. Beware: apparently, more stores use this company than we know. Why? Beyond me read more

I ordered three items from Home Depot to be delivered to my tenant for a kitchen remodel. I also live at the address but was out of town. Received emails for each product that the items were delivered. Even had my signature, (but it was incorrect). Called the tenant asking her if everything was delivered. She told me nothing had arrived. On the phone with On Trac Mon, Wed, and Fri. They insist the products were delivered. I explained to them that they were delivered, just not to the right address. Now I have to take a couple of hours out of MY day to call Home Depot, dispute the charges, receive credit for the missing items, then re-order. On Trac should be held responsible to go back to the property and show the tenant exactly where he delivered the packages. NEVER AGAIN with On Trac. read more

I order something online that shipped using OnTrac. The first package was lost in Reno where they picked it up. The second package made it to Fresno, about 40 miles from where I live but it has been sitting there for three days now. I asked yesterday morning for it to be held so I could pick it up myself. It's been over 24 hours and they still haven't been able to find it in the warehouse. Absolutely useless company. read more

I ordered an item from Macys. It was supposed to be delivered by OnTrac. They claimed it was delivered at 4PM on 3/16 on my front porch. This is impossible as I was home all day and my apartment was getting a new roof. There is no way the delivery was being made. They told me when I sent an email asking where the item was they took zero responsibility and told me it was not there problem. When I called to inquire I was rudely hung up on. read more

Worst delivery service ever. Package shipped on Friday 8/13. Delivery was supposed to be on Monday the 16th, but each day since then they've claimed it was due that day (16th, 17th, 18th, and today) but something unexpected had happened and it was rescheduled for the following day. I don't think anything happened--it's in a town a two hour drive from us, but it clearly wasn't convenient for them to deliver it. We're in a rural part of California--about 2 1/2 hours from San Francisco--but they don't feel like delivering it until they have a lot more for this location. Along with Fedex, this is the worst delivery service I've dealt with. I need this stuff--it's time sensitive--and can't get it. Wish they'd send with USPS, which has been far more reliable. read more

If I could give it -10 stars I would. ON TRAC delivery service really SUCKS!!! I ordered some items from Ulta.com and they created a shipping label on 12/9/19. On 12/11/19 I started tracking my pkg which showed it had arrived in their Visalia, CA facility and was scanned. 12/12/19 it then showed that it would be delivered the next business day which should have been 12/13/19. No such damn luck. 12/12/19 another update showed the shipment was delayed and the delivery date would be updated. 12/13/19 it again showed shipment delayed and delivery date would be updated. 12/14/19 Shipment showed that it arrived at the destination facility in Visalia, CA (funny since the pkg already showed that it was ALREADY in Visalia on 12/11/19) 12/16/19 shipment showed delayed and delivery date would be updated. I tried calling them at least 8 times and every single time you'd get the message that their phone lines were extemely busy and you could track your package online. Due to a high volume of calls they asked that you call back at your convenience (funny how every time I called you get the same damn message then at the end of the message it hangs up on you). Well after the NINTH time of calling I finally get thru and now am on hold for 40 minutes waiting to talk to someone. My question is why the hell has my pkg been sitting in Visalia since 12/11/19 and here it is 12/17/19---I could've driven to Visalia and picked the damn thing up by now if I knew where the hell their facility was. The last time the On Trac delivery person brought me a pkg (and yes it took awhile to get here) he told me the office told him they should try to deliver to the businesses first and then to the residences (yea, that would make a lot of sense since most businesses close at 5pm or earlier). Can't wait to find out what the hell the customer service rep will say when and IF they ever answer their damn phone and I'm getting so tired of waiting!!! OMFG finally had a customer service rep answer the phone after having been on hold for over an hour and a half. She gave me some lame ass excuse that they're delivery is delayed due to Black Friday (hello that was in NOV and it's DEC now, geez) and also to Cyber Monday and the holiday orders. What kind of lousy excuse is that? Hire some more damn people to answer the damn phones and more delivery people to deliver the damn packages then. She claims they have over 300 people answering the phones throughout the day from 6am to midnight. OK so how do you explain that you get an automated message and it tells you there is a high volume of calls and to call back and then hangs up on you. She claims she didn't know that it was doing that and apologized....righhhhhhhht!!! Still no update on my package. She said they are about 5-6 days behind in deliveries and that they are delivering the OLDEST pkgs first and then the newer pkgs later. I don't give a rats toot I just want MY package. I asked if my package would be here before Christmas and she said she hoped so. Oh nice!! Thank you so much! Guess some people are getting late gifts if my pkg doesn't arrive on time! Thanks stupid On Trac. Word to the wise don't EVER use On Trac if you want your pkgs to arrive anywhere on time. ULTA needs to use another damn service cuz this one really sucks! read more

Freshly uses OnTrac for their deliveries in the Fresno Area. These deliveries would be prepared meals on ice needing a timely delivery. My meals are supposed to be delivered on Tuesdays. 3 times the meals have been a day late and tracking shows the meals sitting in OnTrac warehouse and twice the meals had to be returned because they sat in the warehouse too long. This weeks meals were returned to Freshly after sitting in the warehouse over 30 hours. I have requested Freshly to drop their contract with OnTrac and was told it was under review. The driver delivered my package to the wrong apartment, when calling customer services they contacted the fresno facility and they have yet to get ahold of the driver, it will be a week tomorrow that it has been lost. When I called today for an update, they stated that the fresno facility is behind on their investigations for these issues. I took that as either they don't care or their contract drivers are that bad!! It was a package from Sephora so I'm definitely sure no one is going to return it, especially after a week. Hell I wouldn't be surprised if the driver kept it for themselves. read more

If you value your package, I would have a different carrier deliver. Employees tend to keep packages after marking delivered. I did and bath and body only had a few of the products this company lost left over. Long story short.. it arrived to its visalia location but was never out to deliver. This company is the worst. I order from Home Chef which delivers food each week that is perishable. The last three weeks my box from Home Chef has been trashed by OnTrac because they can't deliver in the sufficient time limit. If you can't deliver in allotted time don't accept the delivery.
