Drove here and arrived just after 9 AM. Per their posted hours, they should have been open at 9 AM on Saturday. We parked outside and waited for nearly 30 minutes and nobody showed up! When he told the guy on the dock he had a specific schedule to keep the gentleman said to him, " I could care less, if I don't have my lunch break, I will work even slower". My husband was fuming but did not comment even though I know he wanted to and unload his container by himself if needed just to get out of that dumpy, low class, ghetto, dirty, gang banger infested neighborhood. He told me every time he got out of his truck, he had to lock the door in fear someone may run up, grab his GPS and/or tear his CB out. So low down he told me on the phone he will refuse any future deliveries to the company.

They do sometimes have hand sanitizer but I keep my own in my car as well as wipes. They're located in the Gardena Market's parking lot so parking can be hit or miss. I've not had a bad experience coming here but I don't know what they could do for me to call them excellent. They're just a convenient and competent recycling center. I couldn't say how their rates compare because I go them mainly for the convenience.
