BIGGEST TIP IS TO CHECK THE HOURS. They are closed on Wednesdays and they have a daily lunch break. Location is a trailer in the back of the parking lot behind Amapola Market. I come here to recycle aluminum and plastic. They have ample bins for you to organize your stuff before they place it on their scales. If there is a crowd, the wait isn't long because the staff is very efficient. You get paid quickly in cash and you're on your way. They filter out the stuff that is not recyclable (plastic of a certain type) but they are not sticklers for random leftover drops of liquid, or your personal information upon payment. I have seen other recycling centers do this and it is just a waste of everyone's time and energy. The experience here is always short and sweet. Great way to make your CRV money back. read more

Ok at first I was unable to find this place because it was so small and compact! It wound up being behind another establishment, so no wonder I couldn't find it haha. Anyways, it was clean and well maintained, they were fast and efficient when helping me, and I received a good amount of money back for two black bags full of plastic bottles. It was my first time taking my 90yr old dad there, the staff was extremely helpful, patient and the wait time was minimal. I don't think i waited 5 minutes total from start to finish. My dad was pleased with the amount they paid him for the plastic he recycled, i thought it was a very competitive and fair amount of cash he received. They do take a much deserved lunch at 1pm to 1:30pm, and had signs with huge lettering stating this fact, but they still allow you to unload your recycled materials into the big plastic barrels, and then they will help you carry all the barrels in to be weighed at 1:30pm. It was the most pleasant experience i have ever had at a recycling business, and one of the best experiences period when customer service is concerned. JESUS bless you all gentlemen. read more

This recycling center is located behind the plaza that has the Exotica lingerie store. Customer service receive tier was exceptional. If you've never been here before you will pull up and they will have ventilated cans where you can recycle your plastic and aluminum and then they have standard garbage cans without any holes in them for your glass recyclables. I have posted photos of the hours as well as a chart that shows you the refund value. Stopped off about 3:30 today. When I got there, one of the workers told me they were closed (hours on line say they're open till 5), so I recommend getting there earlier in the day. They took my items anyway tho. The whole process took about 5-10 minutes. Not sure I'd go back unless I have a lot of items to turn in at once, as I probably burned as much gas to get over there as what I got for my refund...lol read more

If there is No stars to give I will give NO stars at all. I don't know to remove that one star I accidentally pressed!!! It clearly says close at 500pm. It is not even 5pm and this guy says they are closed!!! It was only 445pm and he says they're closed!!! I begged and begged and he still won't give in!!!! I drove 6 miles all the way here to give them the business because of the good reviews and because they close at 5pm. I knew I would make and time to spare even if I drove 6 miles. Sadly I will have to take my recycling else where!!!! The guy manning this place is not helpful at all!!!! Ruined all my plans for the rest of the evening!!! read more
