Ontario Sealcoating sealed my driveway,and did a hot patch and now my driveway looks great

Unfortunately, i have to leave a post regarding the terrible job.That was done on my gutters.i ontario shield coating came out to do my gutters. On the 25th on which the day it was pouring, I came home in the evening to find what looked like a cyclone had blown through around my house. There was wet leaf and gutter shrapnel covered my yard, my house, my landscaping, my back patio, my grill all my windows. It was in my neighbor's yard. Et cetera. I immediately called 4 times and finally got ahold of Chris, the farming of the job. If you will, and he it hesitantly agreed to come back. Um, after I throttled to cancel my chalk and call the attorney. They came back. They cleaned up a little bit, used their blowers. He explained to me that they blow all their gutters out on rain days and and told me that mine were full to the top, and I explained to him that he should have called and rescheduled it. If it was that bad, I am still cleaning and washing my house. My gutters, my windows and it's now saturday.I just spent an hour and a half washing my house and gutters, and windows, and my backpatio still has shrapnel everywhere . I don't recommend using this company unless you have a lot of spare time to clean the entire outside of your house. Your lawn and your neighbor's yards. After they're finished, i also decided to cancel my steal coating for the year. I just can't do business with a company that thinks it's okay to leave a job like that. They also told me that that's how they do all their gutter jobs when it's raining, and they just blow it out with blowers, and leave the remains not good business in my opinion. read more

My 88 year old mother hired Ontario to seal her driveway. They did the work on a day where rain was in the forecast and sure enough it rained hard soon after they finished. My mother informed Ontario of the situation and they scheduled a day for them to redo the work. When they failed to show up she called again. The Man on the phone had "no idea" where the crew was because he had no way to contact them once they are on the road, y'know because cell phones are so rare these days. Fast forward to today, the second rescheduling of the sealing, 3 weeks later. The crew shows up and refuses to redo the driveway because if the rain had effected the driveway " the sealer would be all over the garage door". read more

This company is based in Hilton, NY and their phone number is (585) 615-8896 that information being said here's my experience. I had done business with this company last year so when THEY called me to do my driveway again I thought nothing of it and agreed to the price that they quoted me. The workers arrived at my house and tell me that they can't do the job for the price they quoted me because "my driveway has never been sealed before."??? I told the guy that it was them that did the work last year and he quickly changed his tune and said "well it needs to be done several times before they can do it for the price they quoted me". You think that since they did the work they should know what to quote, needless to say since I didn't have the extra cash on hand they drove off. read more

Super shady outfit. I paid them to seal coat my driveway and hot fill a crack than runs across my driveway above the drainage culvert. The crack fill was done poorly and incompletely - water can still enter the crack and will likely cause damage when it freezes and expands. I asked them to come out and repair the hot fill and was given two different dates when they were to come out and affect the repair. Both days, no call no show. After that they ignored repeated calls. I left messages, no return calls. Nobody would answers calls from my phone. I called from a friend's phone and they immediately answered. I was then told they already filled the crack and they aren't going to do anything about it and hung up the phone on me. Horrible company. Stay away! read more

poor performance sent two guys with too a short a ladder could/would not get on roof tried to clean gutters from a ladder with a blower weather was bad they should have rescheduled generally a poor job read more

Not good . I had them clean my gutters,they did it in 5 Minutes.Today my gutters are overflowing,full crap.They also sealed my driveway in 5 minutes , I went to check on them,were alreasy driving off read more

If I could give zero stars I would. My mom had to call 3x and they said they would come give an additional quote to do some driveway repair. They never came. The day they were supposed to come seal they never showed up. She called again the next day and was told they came but the driveway was too bad to deal! First of all you were supposed to give a price to repair the driveway so when you have knocked on the door if you actually showed up? Second of all the driveway was sealed last year I don't think it's too bad to be sealed. BS*** she was 13th on the list they didn't feel like doing it so they never showed up. The person who answered the phone said I'm sorry and did nothing to rectify this situation just lied straight up lied to my mom. Would have been better if they had just rescheduled and taken 10% off. Give me a break this company should go under no idea why it's still in business. read more

Used very thin coats. Lasted about a few weeks unit it bled through. They will not last long in the Hilton area.

Terrible, quoted one price and tried to bump it up 200 at the time of service. They did not know the size of the driveway despite sealing it 2 years ago. Disappointed! read more

Do not do any sort of business with him. He sold us his work truck claiming everything was fine on it. Come to find out it has a lot of codes and the floor has massive rust spots that makes it so it won't pass inspection. read more
