I was told by YOU there was concern for a possible ectopic pregnancy, given orders stating possible ectopic pregnancy, and provided a STAT ultrasound order. Whether you personally consider that outpatient urgency or not, being told those things understandably caused fear and concern. My issue was simple: after informing your office that my imaging appointments kept being canceled, I asked whether I could go to another location and tried to obtain the information needed to complete the testing, but I struggled to get clear communication or guidance on how I was supposed to proceed. When I first found him after my first appointment the front office went a whole year without answering my phone calls or calling me back. Told it was a phone system issue. They started doing blood draws and I told them I dont do well and they said I just need to not be anxious and when I started sweating and feeling dizzy they just sent me on my way I had to ask to sit in lobby which was so embarrassing for people to watch me while I try to pull myself together. I just go to quest where they lay me down and have ZERO issues with the blood draw. I have my next blood test in 2 weeks (3 months apart from previous) and have been without my prescriptions for a month. I am extremely grateful for dr lamberty but wish this cycle of having meds then being fully without them would cease and my care could run smoothly without worrying about trying to reach them. Last time I had to make another appt to see him just to get the refills this time I couldn't get an appointment before my follow up date appt already set. Pretty much a quick exam and I got to ask like 2-3 questions as she was one foot out the door. At the end she sent an ADDITIONAL lab test in which I didn't fully understand was being done because everything was so rushed! ON TOP of that, it wasn't covered by my insurance! You would think they'd have a bit more consideration to say "hey, here's all the tests she's ordering, make sure the costs with your insurance" but NO I didn't even know it was getting done! I called the clinic who directed me to the doctor and she sounded extremely annoyed over the phone that I was questioning why she ordered an additional test without making it clear to me. After arguing with her, she forwarded me to to another woman, Sandra Alvarez, out of obvious frustration. After speaking with Sandra from "patient services", she gave me the complete goose chase for 2 months (obviously on purpose) until my bill was too overdue and at the end I had to pay the lab everything I owed, 150$ out of my pocket.
