I literally had tears in my eyes throughout the day. I KNEW something had to change. I was referred to Schilsky by 2 former co-workers who told me of their amazing experiences. As soon as you walk in the building, you are greeted by the friendliest faces behind the reception desk. Always polite, caring, and eager to help you. After just my first visit, they would then greet me by name, which was a very welcoming touch. I even got married since my initial visit and I am still greeted by my now not-so-easy to pronounce last name. The therapy is always so relieving and relaxing. Dr. Sprague takes his time to listen to your concerns, and tailors your treatment plan based on those individual concerns. He even took a couple minutes to teach my step-daughter about chiropractic care and give her a giggle! Average wait has only been 5to 7 minutes in over 30 visits, some no waits at all and only 2 x was there a long wait and if I would have thought about the timing (holiday day before or after) I probably could have avoided that. I have had 5 sessions since the initial evaluation and this is the best I've felt in ages! At Axis my rehab consists of Leanne working her magic with manual therapy on my hips and back which is followed by a guided rehab protocol in their gym, (in addition to some of my own rehab at home). After being pretty hopeless about being able to walk pain-free ever again, I am now hiking and walking with my family and feel like I have a new lease on life.

Coming here you do need an appointment as they are busy. The waiting rooms are large with plenty of seating. The bathrooms are close and they have a water fountain in the waiting area. A television as well as magazines to keep you occupied whilst waiting for your appointments . The ladies in the front office are amazing and professional as well. If you are in need of this type of service I do suggest this office as you will be treated as a patient not a number or dollar sign. The overall office appearance is clean as was the restroom. The parking area is really weird and I'm not so sure it was actually meant to be one, but it's like driving over a curb to get into the parking lot which is strange.
