But...is a few dollars worth the marked decrease in service? No. I needed new tires for the car my wife drives. I called Gerald's on a Friday and spoke to a sales rep and we decided on a set of Michelin tires. He said they would be in sometime Monday and I could come in and have them installed. I asked if I needed an appointment and he said no, they'd take care of me. I got the call and headed to the shop. 45 minutes later I was headed home, with the tires installed, paid for, and everything taken care of. I always get the road hazard coverage and they never question anything. Three times in the past, I have had a damaged tire covered under the road hazard and they have fixed it once and replaced it twice, no questions asked and for no charge. If you want great, friendly service at a fair price and don't want to have any regrets about your tire-buying decision, go to Gerald's. You will not be sorry you did.
