He flew a drone up to the roof to take a look and even pointed out minor details like staining on the carpet that I honestly didn't catch when I saw the property myself. Seems like he used infrared to check for water leaks when inspecting the plumbing in the bathrooms and kitchen. In terms of pricing, he was one of the more expensive options but given the level of customer service he provided and the quality of the report I would say it's worth it. I used this company for a home inspection later last year. I was told about a lot of small things…read morelike a not properly installed/mounted plug in the access area in the wall for the HVAC. So, I thought this company was no joke... Which was an about $30,000 mistake. As I paid the extra fee for the "pool/spa inspection". The inspector had zero idea what he was doing with the pool "inspection". The pool turned out to be completely compromised. The plaster lining has to be replaced because there are cracks so that are leak leaking behind the plaster. The entire filter and heater are compromised. Everything has to be replaced.
