I have had the case worker calling and all they had to say was no one can help you at this time, everyone is at lunch, called again something different. What kind of help are these people giving to public? I hope this review serves to send someone over there and see what's going on. Lack of poor service and no manners. And as professionalism, OMG one of the "ladies" even swore at me, I couldn't believe how this government office is still running. I'm disgusted by their services.

Driving across NY State is something I do often. I have taken various routes over the years, most…read moreoften of course the Thruway, as it is the fastest and easiest. However, from time to time I have found myself on various parts of the "Scenic Byway Route 20" and seen the signs indicating such. So recently I drove the whole Scenic Byway. Its about 100 miles from the beginning to the end (US Route 20 is longer than that). It is part of the historic (1927) Transcontinental U.S. Route 20 highway, which is 3,300 miles in length, from the Atlantic Ocean in Massachusetts to the Pacific Coast of Oregon. From the website: "The Route 20 scenic byway corridor celebrates Central New York's diverse heritage, natural beauty, and agricultural vitality, and is defined by rolling hills and broad vistas framed in a working landscape, lakes, tranquil communities, and historical places. The visitor experience is a reflection of Americana, a slowdown of time from the stir of the city, a chance to imagine how travelers used the corridor through history and an opportunity to explore a working landscape." If you find yourself with some time on your hands, this is a very nice drive on a nice weather day. I'm not sure I'd want to do it in a snowstorm or driving rain, its twisty, turny and one lane in areas. But on a nice day, its a great ride. Through some smaller towns in NYS, the Montezuma Wildlife Preserve, a college town or two, all very quaint areas. I am looking forward to having the time to do this route again soon. I encourage you to do it as well. 5 stars because its interesting, fun and a nice way to take a drive.

If I could give them less than one star, I would have. I have rented their meeting hall four times…read morein last fifteen years for graduation parties. My experience was horrible at the last one this year. Seemingly, uncivil people are in charge now. They gave us the key to the hall two days in advance and told my wife that we can set up the tables and chairs anytime before the event on Saturday. After it was all said and done, they not only refused to refund $100 security deposit, demanded $200 extra because we set up the room a day ahead. Most importantly, their mode of communication is plain vulgar, so much so that my wife sent them a check for extra $200 just to close the subject. I sure wouldn't want to deal with them ever again.

They asked what I was there for- mine was out of state transfer of license and registration, which I thought would take several hours. They gave me the forms. They quickly called me up, helped fill out my forms. There was a lot of documents I needed to have - which I did, and in less than an hour, I was out of there , with my temporary license, new plates and registration - thank you to Patti and the other people who were great.

I had no choice of the music he wouldn't turn the AC on or roll down the window. Originally just checked in to see what all the hubbub is about. The hotel manager insisted I stay for five days. All the waitstaff seemed very disgruntled and insist that I stayed in my room for most of my stay. On the website it has beautiful views of State Street and Townsend however the room I stayed in had a beautiful view of a brick wall. The room was not as clean as they pictured, I believe I found remnants of a string bean or what I hope was once was. The continental breakfast that they offered Was lackluster at best. The porridge was very bland and goopy. The other occupants were about as enthralled as I was most of them complained that this was not what their travel agent booked but once again management did not seem too concerned. The cell reception was nonexistent so they made you use a payphone. And on top of it they canceled the rest of my accommodation with little to no notice of me gave me what I came in with and told me to have a great day.

This is a proper campus, and not modern at all, and the library is at the very heart of it. It's mainly for the college students, but perhaps because I come here with students (one former and one current), they've never given me any trouble. It's a great place to hang out and study if you like "that old smell" because it does have it. One of the better college libraries I've been inside.
