It was his first grooming experience, so I wasn't sure what to expect from him. She was so patient with him/us! She sat in grass for about 20 minutes while she let me dog warm up to her. She let me be in the truck with her to make my dog feel more comfortable. She was extremely patient and gentle with him. She didn't push him to do anything that would make him more anxious. He ended up LOVING the experience. He looks and smells so good! The sweetest girl ever who clearly loves what she does. Highly recommend!

When we got there, she took a long time asking questions about what we expected, history on the dogs, and filling out a client card with all of our information.
