When we got there, she took a long time asking questions about what we expected, history on the dogs, and filling out a client card with all of our information. Michelle has the most laid back, patient attitude and it permeates her entire shop! Our dogs usually aren't crazy about being groomed. Yesterday was a play date for them! What I witnessed today explains why, I watched one of the groomers attempt to place a large white Shepard into a kennel, I assumed she was done with him, the dog didn't want to go in, so she spanked the dog several times. I asked if they treated all pets like that, and one worker asked like what? I explained what I saw and she proceeded to ask the worker if she spanked the dog and she replied yes but only on the butt and she went back to what she was doing as if it wasn't an issue. I don't hit my dog, nor will I put up with anyone hitting him. I will not be bringing my pet back to this place, nor would I recommend this groomer.
