I needed a large palm tree trimmed and sent out requests for quotes to various local businesses. Madarro was quick to respond and offered to come out for the free estimate. He offered a very fair price and showed up with his crew a coupe of days later. Within a couple of hours they had trimmed the tree and cleaned everything up. The 1st time he pruned my palm trees, brought out great crew, awesome job. Then he said if he comes out every 6 months with less fronds it becomes less for bi-yearly than waiting for one time large load. He showed up for 2nd pruning, small crew 2 guys, started work before I got home, they were trying to bounce palm frond off the fiber optic internet cable that crossed the alley to my house, I suggested not doing that but he continued. Next day line fell, blocked alley while I was gone, no trash or recycle pick up plus no internet for 4 days. Three days prior to palm pruning I had Glass Repair Company come out for 2nd quote to caulk other windows after fixing all broken windows in July, then 7 days later they came back to caulk. They noticed 3 windows were broken in living room adjacent to palm that was pruned.
