Not only did they have his exact size (which is rare when you're in a rush), but the service was amazing from the moment we walked in. Super friendly, helpful, and they really knew their stuff. No pressure, just good energy and genuine customer service. We ended up grabbing a couple extra pieces because the prices were too good to pass up. Great quality, great selection, and even better experience. If you're anywhere near Victorville and need men's wear, this spot is definitely worth the stop. We'll be back for sure!

This incredible local business is honestly so underrated!!! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. Theresa and her husband are absolutely amazing at what they do. Two days ago we came in with a picture for a wedding, and Theresa nailed the color match 100% on the first try. I'm quite picky, so I was incredibly impressed when she measured my husband and was spot on with the size immediately. She is prompt and efficient, such a doll! It's such a relief knowing we'll have everything on time and perfectly altered. I was so happy with the experience that I actually went back in to pick up something for my son before we even left the parking lot! We've purchased suits here for our boys in the past including one for my oldest son's graduation, and the fit has always been perfect. What I love most is that they aren't pushy, they are just there to help whenever you need them and are so patient with any indecisiveness. Thanks again to Jerscheid's for the amazing help BTW, my son is in the middle of the pic

I have made many purchases primarily clothing from here either via online or in person. Kohl's have many great brands. My favorite brand is Croft & Barrow. Their clothing is always of great quality. This store is bright, clean, and organized. Wonderful selections. Great value. They have Sephora in house. Online purchases are easy to make. Pick ups are usually fast and smooth. In person visits are fun because I get to stroll through the various sections. Staff are friendly and helpful. This Kohl's used to be a drop off location for Amazon and other business returns. I recently found out they no longer offer this service. Bummer! Hopefully, they will bring this service back. What I love most about Kohl's is their Kohl's Cash. I have saved so much money. Thank you Kohl's!

We went back so that he could buy more of the exact same shirt. They were on sale last month - yippee! My husband has a nice jacket which was a gift. And, most recently, I bought the cutest linen blend culottes to wear to the beach on vacation. They were half price on clearance. They have high prices for quality clothing and accessories. Always have nice new dresses and tops & bottoms available with each season. However, I always shop the clearance racks first! Haha. Great deals there! Customer service is awesome. I never felt unwelcome. I did miss the ladies who helped me on my first couple shopping visits. The young lady and gent who were working there on our last visit (in June) were okay. The guy was helping other customers, but still grabbed a size for me (clearance item) from the back. He was nice and complimented the fit. I needed some beach wear for summer. Cute linen culottes to go with flip flops or platform sandals. Perfect for vacay mode (and getting away from the desert)! I never shopped at DKNY before moving here, but will always go when at the outlets to see what's new or on sale! Love their jackets, but it's just too hot here - even during the wintertime.
