When I send her an email with a question or asking her to call I get a response in less than a half hour. She is very personable and makes a great representation of the company. She also takes the time to get to know you which is unheard of in this day of robot customer service agents. I will never switch my car insurance as long as I have Samantha to help me. Customer service is absolutely awful! They are extremely rude and disrespectful! I needed an extra…read more2 days to pay my payment and was told I'm being put down as a refusal to pay! Even though that's not what I said to the rude lady! Then she hung up on me. When I called to speak to a manager, of course I received her voicemail it's been 4 days and I'm still waiting on a call back. Never ever get a loan from this company. Shame on the owner for letting the business run like this.
