Customer service is absolutely awful! They are extremely rude and disrespectful! I needed an extra 2 days to pay my payment and was told I'm being put down as a refusal to pay! Even though that's not what I said to the rude lady! Then she hung up on me. When I called to speak to a manager, of course I received her voicemail it's been 4 days and I'm still waiting on a call back. Never ever get a loan from this company. If I could give them no stars I would but I had never dealt with a finance company as rude and unprofessional as them.. I called to set up payments and they said they would wait next thing I know they came and got my car, I called them so I can get my stuff back and they told me where to get it but I had to call back because not all my stuff was returned and I'm trying to get it back the women I spoke too was rude and I asked to talked to a manager and she said there wasn't none around out of nowhere she transferred me to the manager which was way worse then her I tried to speak to her about my situation and she kept screaming and until I told her I wasn't going to deal with her and her employees being rude she said to have a good day and they weren't going to help me so I told her I would do a report and ask an officer to come with me to get the rest of my stuff out at this point there stealing my stuff when I said that she said to call them back Monday and they would have an answer. DO NOT USE. They have horrible customer service. They changed my personal information on my account without my permission and then lost the title to my car. It took almost 90 days for them to send the car title once they found it. When BBB was contacted they took no accountability for their actions and did not even apologize for their mistake. read more
