I contacted SVP after our real estate agent said it would be 2+ weeks before his photographer could fit us in. SVP responded with in hours and was able to schedule for the next day. The beautiful, fully edited photos were delivered the following day. They were able to provide a stunning "twilight" shot even though they came at 10:30 in the morning. (Yay for mad Photoshop skills!) Side note: our agent took his own not-awesome photos and posted on MLS. I'm attaching a comparison. Photography is so important, especially in the Covid-19 era where there are no open-houses.

Our first financially opportunistic buyer backed out of a no contingency offer after his loan fell through and tried to renegotiate which we tried to do on reasonable terms to close. But he was not reasonable. This resulted in mediation, delays, lots of costs for me until her and I decided to walk away from trying to deal with him and start fresh. That was the best decision and resulted in more cash for me in the end. While waiting to relist, we improved the property on her advice and sold it in 7 days when complete for a much higher price to a quality and happy buyer. I really thought Janelle might walk away after the first failed close as this is not a big listing and I would have to get a new realtor. But she stuck with it and promised to stay until the end. She basically had to sell a small property twice. Great integrity and smarts. We worked really well together through the whole process. I would call her again without reservation.
