With impeccable customer service, apologizing for the previous tower, he listened and made a wonderful customer connection with my mom and I. Even making jokes and making us feel comfortable to trust him with the car 100%. Alex really made a difference from the tower we received beforehand. They even have problems and current suits with the city of aventura for how reckless their drunk asses are. They towed my vehicle on 12/27/2024 at 1am from my own complex, an F150 Raptor, with the rear wheels up, damaging the differential and god knows what else.

He even allowed me and my wife to ride to my mechanic's shop where I was met by my ride home. He was fantastic!. The worst part is the guy from the previous day told me it was 147 plus a daily charge for storage of 27 dollars. I left my scooter with a note in sunny isles with a planned tow to come by. The security company the sees over the parking in Sunny Isles... ALSO A Predatory company for sure couldve left my scooter alone. Slamming his hand on the window to show the random hand written recipient of 220 once he knew I wasn't going to pay 290. SCAM SCAM SCAM. I will never spend a dollar again in sunny isles simple. That "business" or whatever your running needs to be investigated throughly and I will be giving my best efforts to expose this.
