The second tech had more equipment but could not resolve the problem and would not further search for the stoppage. Instead, we were told, "Have your septic system pumped out and see if that fixes your stoppage. If it doesn't, call us back and then we'll try something else." Discussions with their management resulted in no better treatment. We gave up on them. Sewer Surgeons, (Chris and Jordon) however, came quickly, made the correct diagnosis, cleared the stoppage and installed a better cleanout drain for use in the future. They went above and beyond to find the actual stoppage. They were not deterred by the blazing heat or the resulting work required to remedy our problem. In the process of selling my home, a leak in my drain line was discovered in a hydrostatic test. I had a couple of days to get this fixed before the closing date. I was needing someone to come out and locate where the leak was. Nothing more than that. My realtor had called on my behalf to schedule a time to come by while i was working. Danny came by and explained their process and what all was included in their services, which was good to know. We were going to be in need of the actual repair work done. He immediately dropped the number of their leak detection and repair being $7500. This started my worry seeing as how that was a pretty outlandish estimate, even from a stand point of plumbers having the tunnel under a slab. I said ok, well how much is it to locate the leak? That was included with the $7500, which is pretty standard for a plumbing service. I was getting more suspicious since thats the service i actually was wanting at the moment, and the cost wasnt being disclosed to me. A few minutes later, he came back to the door and said he could have an excavator in the back yard in a couple of hours to start digging! I said hold up, were just locating the leak, and then if i decide to go with bernards, we can bundle that into the final bill. Now im no plumber, but he started to say the drain line cameras are a useful asset, but theyre not a fool proof way of finding a leak. He stated that my clean out was not all that he needed even to do a camera. He was going to have to dig up the yard to install what he needed, and since it was dug up, identify the leak by digging it up. Couple of last minute calls later scrambling to find someone that couple squeeze us in nearing the end of the plumber work day, and we got a camera put down there using the port he was claiming to need, and the line break was found. Now my closing date had to be extended since it was the end of the day, and i would not be able to schedule a licensed plumber to come out and do the repair work. My foundation company was already lined up to do the digging, we just needed to be able to tell them where.

WARNING - BEWARE, this electrician is UNETHICAL in his practices and DANGEROUS in terms of the…read morequality of work. I have receipts for everything, but Guillermo bid a job to do rough and finish electrical for our new construction. Our GC elected to use him, BIG MISTAKE, everything with rough went good, once we got to finish, things went bad. The primary concerns are as follows: 1.) Whole house generator was in the electrical plan from day one, and he asserts he did not bid that. This is problematic because that means at best, he can't read an electrical plan, and at worst he is dishonest. 2.) He walked off the job and refused to finish the work. He was 3/4 way through finish and just left, told the GC to pound sand. This forced us to bring in another electrician, who was fantastic, to finish the job and install the generator. Ended up costing us a LARGE premium. 3.) The work his crew of non English speaking individuals is SUPER SHADY; all the ceiling fans were installed without set screws allowing them to wobble, they wired a GFCI backwards which caused 1/2 the house to have no electricity, none of the low voltage lighting works, in the kitchen they installed a 24V inverter on a 12V low volt system which caused the LEDs to get so hot they started to blacken the cabinets. Needless to say unsafe. 4.) He then went to the County and placed a mechanics lien on our property. He was not paid for the finish work, he didn't finish and what he did finish had to largely be redone. Seems to me this is a practice he has developed, walk off the job, put a mechanics lien on the property, get paid for work you didn't do, force homeowners to pay more for the work. There is no burden of proof to put a mechanics lien on a property FYI. Bottom line - beware and do not use this company or individual for any electrical work.

This unit has an automatic shutoff if water is detected in drain pan. When we have very strong thunderstorms, the paper cover on the sensor will become wet and shut off the water. I called to ask about this problem and they sent 2 plumbers who spent 15 minutes in the attic, told me there was no roof leak and charged me $86. This is after spending a lot of money with them over the years. These folks have gotten too expensive and so I will looking for a new plumber.
