Let me start by saying that in many past employment positions, handling the security cameras…read more(monitoring, storing footage, and troubleshooting) was often delegated to me. Although simple, it can be time consuming and frustrating. I've worked with nationally recognized camera companies and often found myself putting aside projects with deadlines and expediting potentially lucrative conversations with my own customers to work on the camera system. Instead of earning new business, I would have a phone to my ear with a tech support rep (if I was able to get ahold of one) explaining to me how to tend to wires, download updates, and fiddle with this box or that cable only to rig my camera system to work until its next breakdown. Mid Florida Audio's dedication to excellent customer service put an end to me struggling with wires instead of making money for my company. Once they came out and installed their cameras, camera duty was completely removed from my plate. When I call their office, the phone is always answered. I don't have to go through an automated prompter then wait on hold for hours. The ownership and staff members are 100% solution-oriented and can quickly respond to any request needed by my company. Mid Florida truly takes ownership of their products and quickly resolves any related concerns. What has impressed me the most about this company is the astounding fact that I have never needed to make a follow up call to Mid Florida. They operate with integrity and always follow through. In today's fast-faced world, time being of the essence, this attribute is invaluable. I can not recommend a better company for all your CCTV needs..

One of the things my department handle was all the CCTV Systems for 4000 buses and 29 depots. When I came to Florida, I needed to upgrade my home security system I did some research and found Professional Home Security to be one of the outstanding CCTV businesses in the area. So I hired them to do some upgraded work at my home here in Florida. When I called them Anthony came right out and gave me an estimate. We set up a date and time of which Anthony came out with Angel, and set out to do the work. The work was completed in 2 1/2 days, and the job came out perfect.. After multiple attempts to convey this to the woman answering the phone she asks where is it going to be delivered to. So I give her my address then she asks what address it's going to be installed. When both addresses were the same she said that doesn't work. So obviously an inability to communicate. After multiple attempts to rephrase the situation it became apparent she could not grasp the concept of having the safe delivered to ALSS who would then delivery and install it. I probably should've asked for someone who was better equipped, but by that point I was already frustrated. So in this instance ALSS lost my business. I loathe surveys. This was a waste of my time and a loss of revenue for ALSS. Hopefully they will provide a little better training, unless of course they don't need the business
