'Very good communication and we were offered a discount to have both jobs done. Two areas of improvement would be to sweep the work area upon completion as there was a clamp and screw left that could have gotten into tires. Also, the side garage door was left unlocked after the job. All and all, if I could, I would add another half star to the rating. The quality of the installation looks to be first rate and the people were nice to work with.

Needless to say the breaker would not stay in place properly so I knew I needed a electrician. Mr. Electric was able to come next day. And like my last review he came early. He explained why it wasn't the breaker and that it was the wall outlet instead. Everything was good to go after wall outlet was replaced. I would say that it's was higher price than I expected ($350). He also gave me a quote to upgrade the panel basically replacing all the breakers and cleaning everything out not a bad price for all that they were going to do.

Jonathan Waters was our guy and he was so professional and communicative. Whenever we had a concern or question, he responded promptly. This was a challenging job on an historic house so Copeland's had a lot of out of the box thinking and problem solving to do. All of their workers were respectful of our home, did quality work and there was always a supervisor on hand making sure everything was done correctly. When it came time for the gutters, another specialist Dominique was brought in and he was as great as Jonathan. It was another challenging job and Dominique followed through on the few issues that came up. We felt their pricing on all the jobs were very competitive but above all they provided SUPERIOR customer service and that's a rare quality these days. Thank your Jonathan, Dominque and all the crewmembers. We would highly recommend this company and would use them again in the future. Cheers and thank you!
