Today when we called to ask why we got a bill for almost $500 we were told they've been monitoring the system even up until this morning. They're not a very good security monitoring company if they didn't know the system is off. Let me start by saying that in many past employment positions, handling the security cameras…read more(monitoring, storing footage, and troubleshooting) was often delegated to me. Although simple, it can be time consuming and frustrating. I've worked with nationally recognized camera companies and often found myself putting aside projects with deadlines and expediting potentially lucrative conversations with my own customers to work on the camera system. Instead of earning new business, I would have a phone to my ear with a tech support rep (if I was able to get ahold of one) explaining to me how to tend to wires, download updates, and fiddle with this box or that cable only to rig my camera system to work until its next breakdown. Mid Florida Audio's dedication to excellent customer service put an end to me struggling with wires instead of making money for my company. Once they came out and installed their cameras, camera duty was completely removed from my plate. When I call their office, the phone is always answered. I don't have to go through an automated prompter then wait on hold for hours. The ownership and staff members are 100% solution-oriented and can quickly respond to any request needed by my company. Mid Florida truly takes ownership of their products and quickly resolves any related concerns. What has impressed me the most about this company is the astounding fact that I have never needed to make a follow up call to Mid Florida. They operate with integrity and always follow through. In today's fast-faced world, time being of the essence, this attribute is invaluable. I can not recommend a better company for all your CCTV needs..

As the retired Chief Security Officer in New York City with the MTA, the biggest transportation…read moreagency in the world, security was one of our top concerns, especially in New York City, after 9-11. One of the things my department handle was all the CCTV Systems for 4000 buses and 29 depots. When I came to Florida, I needed to upgrade my home security system I did some research and found Professional Home Security to be one of the outstanding CCTV businesses in the area. So I hired them to do some upgraded work at my home here in Florida. When I called them Anthony came right out and gave me an estimate. We set up a date and time of which Anthony came out with Angel, and set out to do the work. The work was completed in 2 1/2 days, and the job came out perfect.. Let me put it this way, if I was still working in New York I'd hire both of these guys to do all my CCTV work for me! These two guys are honest, fair, professional and do excellent work. I have no problem recommending them for your home or business security services. John Pro Chief Security Officer (Ret) MTA Bus / NYC Transit
