They take pride in doing a gob from start to end. If you come here you will relax and get a full service. Their gel pedicures include salt scrub, hot stone massage, and paraffin wax. When I arrived at the salon ( I use a walker so it was a slow process) there was one customer at the pedicure bowl and one employee standing at the entrance. As I attempted to sign in he asked me "what do you need". Since it was slow I said " maybe a regular pedicure "? I was willing to spend more. He told me: " we closed". I said : " the sign says 7pm and it is only 6pm". He replied: " we close early today for staff meeting ". I said: " where is the sign to this effect?" He said: " there is not one ". I told him that was rude and not very good customer service. This was the second time I had that experience at his salon and I would not be back. I also told him Walmart would not be happy that they treated customers this way. He told me: " we don't work for Walmart ", with a smirk on his face. I turned around and I said: " if you get enough complaints, see how fast they toss your salon out of here". He said: " that won't happen!" I walked over to an associate and told him what just transpired. He told me he was so sorry that I, a Walmart customer had been treated so rudely.
