Kelly Kline was great. Responds immediately. Great communication. Highly recommend. Great service.

Kelly and his team were on top of all communication and verification the he entire time. He was proactive to inform us in to how to best prepare for the path to funding. Many time he just jumped on a call and we got right to work validating everything he needed to ensure no kickback from underwriting kept us from acquiring our home. Exceptional service quality and at no time did we feel left out of the process. read more

Really appreciate Kelly Kline helping me over the past year to find a loan that worked for me. He was even able to pair me with a realtor that would represent me in the process. Kelly was always reliable and got back to me promptly with any questions that I had. I highly recommended Kelly and the OneTrust Home Loan team, and will definitely be reaching out to them on my next home purchase. read more

Getting into a new home is pretty stressful in itself. We started off getting a pre-approved loan through another loan officer. After looking at over 40 homes, we finally found one that we fell in love with and put in an offer. When it came down to financing, something came up and were denied funding. We went through 2 other loan officers without any luck. Kelly Kline and his team were able to make a miracle happen. We closed and were able to move into our new home. A year later, the rates dropped significantly and we reached out to Kelly again to tinker with the idea of refinancing to get better rates. Throughout the process, we were in communications weekly about the process and there were some obstacles on my end due to financial responsibilities of being a co-signer of another loan for a family member. With the rates fluctuating, Kelly and his team vigorously and persistently worked on getting us the best financial solution for us. We recently closed and funded the refinance loan about 1.4% under the current rate. We couldn't be more excited to save a few hundred dollars a month. Kelly and his team are very responsive and helpful in every step of the way making sure that I was comfortable with the loan and every process. The best part of it was that they leverage technology to make the process easier. I was able to quickly review loan documents from my smartphone and digitally sign them through their secure web portal on a personalized portal. All documents are uploaded and shared through the secure portal and made the process so much easier than going into an office and share reams of signed paper. Notary is last bit where physical paperwork is reviewed and signed. Overall the process was easy, they worked around my schedule and made the experience that much more pleasant. Thanks, Kelly and team! read more

I'm updating my previous review to give Kelly Kline's team another 5-star rating. This is now the third time I have utilized his services (bought two homes and did a re-fi), and each time he was great to work with. In the most recent transaction, we bought a home in December after looking for over a year. Kelly was involved throughout the process, providing timely, updated pre-qual letters every time we needed it. When it came time to seal the deal, he locked-in a great rate for us. Great to have personal service from a local pro, as opposed to a nameless, faceless mega-bank. Highly recommended. read more

Kelly and the team were very supportive and on it throughout the entire process. When we ran into a snag, Kelly was on the phone with a resolution and was able to get this closing done. Thank you to Kelly, Maria, Justin and the rest of the team that made my purchase happen. read more

I recently had the pleasure of doing a deal with Kelly here in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. He and his team made the process very simple with no hiccups. Kelly surpassed our expectations. We bought our first home in a competitive bidding situation. Kelly sent the sellers a video explaining our financial strengths and sure enough, our offer was accepted. Kelly is very responsive and answered all our questions quickly. He also answered them with kindness and reassurance. He made the experience so personal. From questions regarding taxes, insurance, and payments...we knew we could count on him...even after typical business hours. We had a great experience with Kelly and we know we will continue to rely on his expertise in the future. read more

I have lived in my home for 30+ years and I have refi'd several times. This was by far the best experience I have ever had. My only regret is waiting so long to apply! Everything was so smooth and FAST. Kelly's team was on top of everything and kept me in the loop along the way. I highly recommend OneTrust Home Loans and will definitely tell my friends & family. read more

We recently purchase a new home in Vista, and went with Kelly Kline and OneTrust after getting quotes from two other lenders - both of which we have used for past mortgages. Kelly was able to beat their rate significantly. And best of all, he and his team made it a pleasure to work with them to get the loan submitted and approved quickly for a short escrow sale with minimal back and forth and all done remotely since we were moving back here from the east coast and had to road trip for the move in the midst of COVID. We were completely satisfied and will definitely go with Kelly again if we need to refinance or buy another property. read more

Kelly and his team were exceptional to work with. I found the team entirely professional and organized. I wholly endorse this group.

My husband and I were first-time homebuyers and we reached out to Kelly Kline because we had NO idea on how to get started with the home-buying process. Kelly was extremely responsive and patient with our endless lists of questions. I cannot stress that enough!! He explained the process and held our hand the whole way. One of the best qualities of Kelly is that he is fantastic with communication, whether via email or text. His team was also wonderful in setting us up for success with constant communication and outreaching. I would forget to sign a page and they would politely remind me of the error and continue to keep our loan on track. In short, he was on top of EVERY detail the whole time. If you have a full time job and no time for anything, or simply want someone who is honest, polite, professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and dependable... Kelly is your guy! Thank you again for everything :) read more

This was not the first time we were shopping for a mortgage, so we were going thru interviewing 4 mortgage brokers, one commercial bank and one Credit Union and on recommendation of my real estate broker we picked up OneTrust Home Loans - Kelly Kline and his team. We started up with both me and my wife Fico score of 831 for both of us, the issue was getting a mortgage and HELOC in a specific amounts from the contract. I wish from the beginning the loan officer would tell us that for this amounts we will not be qualified, maybe we would be out of the escrow at this point, so when we were told that we need 70K more for a down payment we were really frustrated and the only option was to cash in our IRA with a hope that then in 60 days we will be able to pay it back from proceeds of sale of our current home. Our closing of escrow was postponed almost for 2 weeks - the loan processers were finding things which should be done long time ago. Finally it was arranged for a meeting with a notary to sign all the papers, I really wanted to do it at the office with Kelly Kline subbing for my loan officer being present, no such luck - Kelly Kline was busy with a baseball practice (this was more important then my business which was not for free), so the meeting with the notary was at my house and with notary refusing to answer any questions related to mortgage or HELOC papers, we were able to call Kelly Kline - he provided us with the his cell phone, which he responded long time after the notary left. I would not recommend Kelly and his team to my friends, family or clients. read more
