We were moving to a new home from a couple hundred miles away so we needed a business that could help us when we came into town on weekends, as well as someplace that would communicate promptly. He offered to even pick it up if needed from certain locations. I picked out what I wanted, he came when he said he would. This is big to me since dealing with home improvement/repair work in the past they have shown up whenever. The quality and care of work was superb, along with the expense. The cleanliness after they were done was stellar. I'd recommend them to anyone and will use them in the future.

I cannot say enough good things about Jesse Rangel! Jesse was quick to respond, visit, and give me…read morea quote well within my budget. He gave me options and made suggestions while respecting my priorities. When he came to do the work, I was blown away at his professionalism. He prepped my area with great attention to detail, kept the dust to a minimum, asked me to walk through at the end, then cleaned up completely. I had Jesse repair ceiling cracks from foundation settling in an older home. He took time to explain how he repaired it and even took care to match my ceiling texture. I'm so grateful and impressed by Jesse and his spirit of excellence. Well done. I'll be using him for future projects!

I worked with Jesse and his team to finish a commercial remodeling project that another contractor…read morehad done a good job on, but abandoned the project at about 95% done. I paid Jesse $15k to finish this job, and he was aware of each element of the project including trim work, painting, and fixing the floors that were not glued down properly. We started the project well, and the work done on the crown molding looked good. They touched up some drywall texture and it looked really rough in certain areas, and was much heavier than the existing texture. It seemed the guys didn't really know what they were doing with texture. He did fix it somewhat, although there are still areas where you can visibly see it does not match. Also some of the doors/trim that were painted were done quickly with a very heavy textured brush, and should have been done with a light roller to match the others. But for the most part they fixed things we pointed out and they looked better by the end. Where the issues really came in was at the end. Jesse told us to blue tape everything that needed to be redone and we did. They then came and "fixed" it and removed the tape, however we noticed many of the things we taped looked the same and the tape had just been removed. We did that three or four times and there was still things that they were just removing tape on. I then walked it with him and he said he was going to fix the things I pointed out, including flooring that still needed to be glued back down. He then sent guys over and they didn't do any of the things we discussed. He told me to blue tape it AGAIN, and I said no that they are just removing the tape and not doing the work, but if he sends guys we will show them what to fix. Fast forward a few months, and the last few things we had taped were never fixed, floor tiles are still bubbling up that he was supposed to fix, and he says because he did "extra work" that he is no longer responsible to finish the actual job he contractually agreed to. (The "extra work" he referred to was putting in drywall ceiling instead of drop ceiling in a room addition. We had never discussed or agreed to a drop ceiling so I was going to cancel the job, but he agreed to switch it to keep the job.) I tried to come to an agreement with him and potentially give him more work if he finished the previous job. However he didn't even show up when he said he would to quote me on it, so at this point I'm just going to find a new contractor. I'm disappointed but I only want to work with people who keep their word and honor their contracts. Attached part of contract and screenshots of texts.

This was my first time ever hiring a "professional" cleaning service so I didn't know what to expect. She wasn't very personable and didn't give many details. Because I'm only off feom work on weekends she initially told me they couldn't come the day I needed which was a Saturday. She soon after told me she could make an exception and schedule me for the following day, Sunday even though they are closed on Sundays. I could tell she was only all about getting my money but I still booked with them. The day of my cleaning the cleaners were supposed to come at 2pm which was really late for a cleaning but I still went with it. Around 2:15pm I received a call from mary saying the guy had car trouble and would be there around 3pm and would be alone. My house is pretty big so I knew I needed at least 2 people. The guy didn't arrive until after 5pm but he did have a female with him. They weren't very professional from the start and barely spoke as if they didn't want to be there. I still let them clean. I walked around my home with them and told them everything I needed done. They did the bare minimum and it was a poor job and they literally didn't do anything I asked. I should've just saved my money and cleaned my own home. Mary charged me $250 even after the cleaners were 3 hours late and did a poor job. The following weekend I still ended up cleaning my own home and did a much better job. DO NOT hire this cleaning service.

power washing was a complete ripoff. The man (trying to not use names at the moment while the issue…read moreis ongoing) came to our house to give us an estimate and said he did power washing too. We said great, our fence is old and needs a good washing. He said that it would look nearly brand new when he was done with it. He did NOT mention anything about "levels of service" or additional additional fees for prep work or anything like that. One cost, one time service, at an hourly rate. Short to say, they did a horrible job. I asked him to come back out and see if he stood by the result. He told my husband that we "didn't pay additional for any prep work" and that's just what we get. He said he could do the job right if we paid more money. He said he was willing to work on the price.....as if that was supposed to make up for having to pay two times for one service.. We actually ended up doing it ourselves...took us a few hours to do what we had already paid them for. I have pictures comparing our work to theirs...it's a night and day difference. I have literally no idea what service they think they provided, but it sure wasn't cleaning my fence. They'll respond to this and say "We told them that they could pay more for a better product." Well, that's simply not true. They never said that we were going to get a crummy job done, and that we'd need to pay more for it to be right. And I'm sorry, but power washing is not a highly skilled service. Why not just do it right the first time? Why try to charge me twice for one service? The funny thing is that I have a broken arm right now, and I managed to do a better job myself one-handed than this crew did. I did contact ABW directly prior to this review and gave them an opportunity to make it right. They did not, and they tried to charge me more money again. Unfortunately, I will be calling the BBB in an effort to get my refund. Once the BBB sees the pictures, I have zero doubt of this getting resolved quickly.
