My USAA insurance corresponded with Prescher and confirmed that all damaged items would be covered, and James did more than cover the repair needed. We ended up with a 50 year roof, that also saved us on insurance! The gutters were replaced, with permanent leaf guards, and the work is outstanding. Weather was good, maybe even hot but finished in one day James was always available for any questions i had and explained the process in detail ... he knows his stuff! Prescher can also cover repairs required along the way I'm very impressed by their work, and would highly recommend them!

He worked with our insurance company, was here early before the installers arrived, and stayed, ensuring that everything was done well. Never mind that it was 100° out, he is always smiling, pleasant, and willing to serve. He stayed after the roofers left and picked up every nail around the house, and any other debris left behind. They covered our pool to ensure that no material fell in it. Imagine my surprise when I later received a written demand for payment and notice of a potential mechanic's lien from Zarat Roofing, the company that says it performed the roofing labor on my home. According to the letter I received, Zarat Roofing claims it is still owed $3,615 for labor, despite the fact that I had already paid Ember Roofing in full. What makes this especially frustrating is that this is a dispute I should never have been placed in the middle of as a customer who paid his bill. I contacted the owners of Ember Roofing using the information provided in the letter. Initially, one of the owners seemed open, receptive, and willing to get the situation resolved, which gave me some reassurance. Unfortunately, after subsequent attempts to reach him by both phone and text, I have not received a response. I don't take leaving a review like this lightly. When you hire a roofing company, you're trusting them with your home and a significant amount of money. After paying your contractor in full, the last thing any homeowner expects is to receive a letter warning about unpaid roofing labor and a potential lien against their property. I'm sharing this because homeowners deserve to know what happened in my experience. Other companies will quote the work with companies I've never heard of. Their warranties on the labor will also be like 3 years instead of what Dennis will cover.
