Prior to this event the last few visits the doctor seemed to mistake him for someone else and couldn't remember any of his medical history and had to be reminded of all of that. Maybe consult the chart before walking into the patient's room so you can have a knowledgeable conversation. Follow Up: called the office to say "look, I really feel like I need some help and can I talk to the doctor for a minute?". Office staff said come on in. When he got there Dr Robertson said he would have to make another appointment and would not give him any type of a prescription today"

They are organized and responsive. Dr Walls has successfully treated my thyroid problem and my cholesterol. He worked with me to find a statin I could tolerate and I am taking the smallest effective dose. It's all about trust and you can trust this group with your health. I feel confident and not like a cog caught-up in corporate healthcare. The office staff and attending nurses are great. I hope they are around for as long as I am.
