Would absolutely give zero stars if I could. Every positive review I have seen genuinely made me…read morelaugh cause Peter Clark COULD NEVER! They take advantage of students and screw them over. They didn't repair anything before we moved in after they requested we let them know when we were moving in so that they could "repair and clean", they did neither. The water damage in the bathroom was nasty, the paint was chipping off the walls in the bedrooms, hole in the ceiling in the living room got progressively bigger and bigger until it fell, there was no fire alarms when we moved in, and the amenities they include in the lease were never done. When the ceiling fell and almost hit me and my dog I was given a hard time and belittled for being upset that my ceiling was no longer on the ceiling. Took them a week to come and fix it where they had to tape off that room of the house so we had to walk outside and in through the back door if we wanted to use the kitchen. Rude when I ask simple questions and nothing is done with even the smallest bit of urgency. Have to say you're gonna get a lawyer involved for them to do anything to the home even though they actively violate Oneonta code. Garbage is never taken and they never shovel. If you plan to rent from them, put them on speed dial because you'll be calling a lot. If I had a dollar for every time somthing went wrong that they're responsible for, I could start my own rental company :) Best of luck finding anywhere else to live because they monopolized student housing, I recommend living on campus or at Hillside!

Then when it is time to receive your deposit back, nobody can answer the phone nor return your call. Quite frankly starting to piss me off!! I had to pay $30 a month to park on top of my rent. Was also charged $200 for "6 hrs of cleaning" but I did a walk thru with the the landlords employee and was instructed to wipe down th fridge and clean the oven. did both of those and yet somehow 6hrs more of cleaning was needed. scam. scam. Scam. Bad business. Don't rent from them. Why couldn't she tell me it needed cleaning when we were face to face in the apartment? Oh yeah cus then they have to give me my full $1400 deposit back. Fucking ridiculous to charge that much for deposit anyway. Avoid Rachel and Carlene and Craig at all costs. 146 main St Cortland don't do it. Thank me later.
