Walked into the branch when it was empty a couple weeks ago. Omar, manager trainee, told me to wait…read morewhile he finds out if one of the bankers can see me. I wait about 10 minutes before walking over to him talking to one of the bankers. He tells me to continue waiting. He then tells me that none of the bankers can see me today, but I can wait for the teller to assist me. When I reach the teller, he tells me that what I need to do that day requires a banker. At this point, I take video of the four bankers who have no customers. After taking said video, one of the bankers says he can help me that day. This is 30 minutes after entering the bank. Apparently, they filed a complaint for me on my behalf. Why they did this, I do not know. They had me talk on the phone with someone in their complaints department named Tommy. I told Tommy that I expected him to do nothing and Tommy eventually did nothing. I found out on the call that because this branch has a history of opening fake bank accounts without customers' permission and they had done this to my account in my past. If you're reading this as a current Wells Fargo customer, make sure they didn't open a fake account that you're paying for. If you're reading this to find out if you should avoid a bank that won't see you even if they don't have a single customer, hopefully you got your answer. You can also complain directly to Tommy if anything happens to you at this branch. Tommy won't do anything, but he's all ears: 844-576-6424, ext. 221230

He took his time with us and processed our banking requests. Gave me great advice on how to navigate my dad's finances too. I did notice a big line as we were leaving so I can attest they were short on tellers. My suggestion to all banks these days is buy a ticket machine - only $30 on Amazon. Customers can sit and relax until their number is called.
