Nampa doesn't know how to keep customers expectations. I Once asked for reminder calls and haven't received one in over a month. Thank goodness I paid extra on my account like I always do. Or my contract would have been screwed up. I don't have to worry about this with the Twin falls store. Afton and Terry are amazing individuals.

Also indicated evidence of a mouse problem yet did not say if they did anything about it... had to read about in the notes, which I would not have, had I not asked. So, yes They solved the problem with the power on my Winnebago, but thought what I was charged was excessive. Maybe I'm wrong but 2300$ in labor, where they called and were walked through the issue by tech. support seems high. Took 8 days to get back; no demerits there. With no parts replacement, can't help but feel I got soaked. I will probably sell the RV if these are the costs I am looking at paying. Since they did not replace the house batteries, and they are old, that will be another high cost in the near future. Would highly recommend Dave Howard for RV repair in twin falls county instead.

The nature of this organization is sadistic; they derive pleasure out of wasting other people's time. You're generally going to contact your insurance agent when something goes wrong. Ideally, you want an agency that will abide by their word and get back to you during your time of need. Based upon my limited exposure to this organization, I don't see how this is possible. In my 18 years of working with independent/captive insurance agencies, I've never dealt with an agency as unprofessional as this one and until today, I have never left a negative review for an insurance agency or vendor relationship. Incredibly unprofessional organization.

Most of my experience with mobile RV repair has been toward positive end of the spectrum…read more I MUST say today's extremely helpful event was above and beyond positive. Cameron diagnosed and repaired our queen-sized bed support that was so broken I could not sleep on it. Two no sleep nights are two too many. What to expect: Cameron came to the RV park same day on time and was very friendly and professional. He drove to Home Depot to buy the wood and parts even though it was a Saturday. He cut the wood pieces and assembled the needed parts. It seems quite robust. The piano hinge (existing) works even better than before when lifting the bed for storage access. We have not yet slept on it so time will tell. He certainly accomplished something I could not. He's a hero who deserves your business. Thank you Cameron!
