Over the last few years I have cashed a handful of checks and recieved many loans at moneytree. This is what really puts me off now. Even after paying them thousands in interest on loans I always paid back, they refuse to cash a check sent directly from my mother's bank because it is not signed. Instead of a signature it says "Account holder has pre-approved this check." The check is perfectly legitimate and they have cashed others just like it before but now they refuse. They made no effort to resolve the problem for me, by means of further research into the issue to make sure there was no really no way they could cash it when in fact I know they could. It seems to me it was something up to their discretion but even after taking so much of my money they cannot accommodate me. The one useful service they provide as an alternative to banks is cashing checks and at this they prove unreliable and unmotivated to go the extra mile. read more
