I live easily 2,000 miles from the nearest branch and refuse to change my primary bank account, as nothing has ever come close to eclipsing this one. I get better interest rates on CDs, Savings, and credit cards here than at any other bank I've checked out. The worst service I've ever received at WSECU is still better than 90% of my experiences at other banks; I'm able to stop into this branch no more than about twice a year for the past 7 years, and they still greet me with a smile and recognize me. The online banking is easy to use and convenient, and I'm not sure I've had a complaint about them yet. If it is possible for you to get an account here, by all means, do so. It is definitely worth the experience.

They have helped me many times when there were unauthorized charges against my debit cards, always closing the debit card the unauthorized charges were against and issuing another.

These guys got me into a car with low mileage and right within my price range, quick and painless…read moreprocess, communicated with my bank on my behalf, and got me into the car with a full warranty for well under what I thought I would be paying for a new-to-me vehicle. About a month later i locked my keys in the car, and when i called the lot to ask about my door code, they offered to simply come and open it up for me. Took a maximum of 10 minutes to get the car unlocked and get my keys back. I really can't recommend National Motors enough, very nice people, super easy process, and they went out of their way to help me and they did not at all have to do that. Finally, I never once felt that i was being SOLD my car, but that they helped me get into a car I ACTUALLY WANTED. Very selfless service. And they have a golf simulator!
