We've been fortunate enough these past two years to have avoided any major collisions, but recently got a crack in our windshield from a pebble hitting the glass. Looking at our policy and our comprehensive coverage with a $500 deductible, we thought for sure we would have to pay out of pocket, but turns out, Chris took care of us by making sure we had $0 deductible on windshield damages. What would have turned out to be a $500-700 bill at Safelite was $0! So a big thank you to Chris and the team at Western! They weren't able to beat the price we are currently paying but he went above and beyond and reached out someone he knew at Stare Farm who was able to quote a better price and he provided the agents information.
