Carvana made car buying easy. Armed with my computer I researched the right EV for my needs. The…read moreselective of EV's was impressive and the prices were very fair. Once I chose my car, the financing, insurance and notary were all online so I never had to leave the house. The 7 day grace period gave me time to haver a full inspection the vehicle by an EV specialist, Which I would encourage any car buyer gas or EV to invest in this piece of mind. Only negative was it took me 2 attempts to get the vehicle. The first car was delayed due to the EV battery failure, but the second time the car was delivered within the agreed timeframe. I am super satisfied with my car and the Carvana. I would definately use Carvana again.

The gentleman I spoke with was great and genuinely helpful. The woman I spoke with felt more dismissive, which took away from the experience. When I arrived for my pickup appointment, the rep helping me was friendly and handled everything smoothly. He even gave me recommendations for local mechanics to complete my PA state inspection. I had seen reviews saying some vehicles did not pass inspection, so I took mine in right away. It passed without any issues. My appointment was at 9 AM. By 9:30 there were three other clients waiting and only one rep working. It felt like a scheduling or staffing issue, but even with that I was only there for about an hour to an hour and a half. The truck itself was in good shape and matched the listing. The interior was the real disappointment. It was not detailed at all and placing two paper mats in the front row does not count. There was dirt on the dash and in the cupholders. Almost every hard surface has a white residue on it. Having worked in the automotive industry for six years, I would never let a client drive home in a vehicle that looked like that. I will either have to pay to have it detailed or do it myself, which should not be the case Carvana. The process was convenient and the truck was as described, but the lack of interior detailing and some service inconsistencies kept this from being a higher rated experience.

When I received a survey link from them, I noted that the service was fine but too a lot longer than I expected for Express. I even screenshot their ad and my paid invoice to show the in and out times as evidence that they exceeded the time. I did not hear back from them even though they said they would send it up to a manager. Time went by and it was time for another oil change and tire rotation so I went back to check on this. It appeared that there was a change in their service management so that I had to re-explain the situation. The response I received was that new management will not be responsible for the old management and cut off communications with me. I have had my car serviced here for the past 2 and a half years; not ever coming back due to not them not taking responsibility and false advertising.

Please take a moment to read and share, to spread the word…read more Today I think I have witnessed the upmost disrepectful display of customer service in my life, and I was going to let this slide, but it was beyond inexcusable. So around 5:30pm I tow a vehicle to Subaru of South Hillswith an elderly woman approximately in her late 70's early 80's and she couldn't have been any sweeter of an old lady. She was frail, had a walker, and I physically had to help her in and out of the truck. She had the Vehicle towed in through the dealership, and spoke with one of the service writers, around 4:30 and they told her to bring the vehicle in and they would issue her a loaner vehicle. Mind you were aware service closes at 5pm but they were aware of the time frame from our ETA and speaking with the customer. Upon arrival I walked her in and inquired on where to place the vehicle and I caught one of the service writers (I won't name names, but you know who you are) and he immediately had an attitude to which I assume because he was getting ready to leave for the day which I had expected. I'm not a fan of staying later than I have to either but business is business. He had basically told us we were SOL and to figure someyh my out in so many words. I wasn't having that and having an elderly lady get stuck at a dealership so I waited with her until we could come to a resolve. He started out patient and working towards getting a loaner vehicle. He had asked her for her documents in which she didn't have a copy of her insurance card on her and she was going to have to call her husband and have it emailed over. He was immediately irritated by this and told her she better have it over ASAP. (I don't know about your elderly grandparents but they aren't the most tech savvy individuals. She calls her husband and is struggling to read the email address off and communicate to her husband, again they are elderly and she is becoming visibly upset. This entirely time his face is buried in his phone and visibly rolling his eyes and showing how uninterested he is in helping this old lady out. Finally he flat out says it's too late and there's nothing he can do anymore and proceeds to tell me to take her home. I had told him I couldn't, and we needed to get this resolved and that's when tensions broke. The elderly lady now basically has tears in her eyes because she doesn't know how's she's going to get home, and it didn't seem like this guy was going to help her. I told him I would take her home and this was the worst customer service I had ever seen, and this isn't how we should treat an elderly customer. He replied " I don't like your comment" and well I basically went off. I told him where to shove his opinion of my comment and basically to go pound sand because I shouldn't have to do his job and take care of his customer especially if they had made the promise in advance to ensure she was taken care of. I would've stayed there 3 hours to help this woman out, we need to respect our elders and treat them with kindness and respect. I proceeded to walk her out to the truck and tell this guy off some more. He had offered to drive her home however I wasn't letting this guy drive her anywhere especially after his rude behaviors. This isn't customer service. This is a travesty and you should be ashamed of yourselves and I hope every family sees this and reconsiders their purchases or doing business with your dealership again, especially if this is how you are going to treat your paying customers. This was a joke. I ended driving this lady home and she had tears in her eyes because you wouldn't accommodate an extra 10 minutes to ensure you could get an insurance card. Stick up for your elders. Don't disrespect them. Share this to prevent this from happening to someone again, they need to be held accountable for this.

    1. Courtesy Pay - I understand the concept of this however, automatically enrolling someone in it,…read moreand then charging an additional $35 on top of "courtesy payment" is dirty. After about 4 straight weeks of my account going well in triple digit negatives, I finally called to turn of courtesy pay. 2. "NSF fee" - HOWEVER, when I turned off "courtesy pay" your representative failed to tell me I would still be charged a $35 fee every time there was an ATTEMPT from a bill payment. My account has gone into the negative $300's from NSF fees alone. $35 every single time an attempt was made to pay a bill from my account? You KNOW people have automatic billing set up. To me, this feels predatory. I have probably paid Clearview over $900 at this point in NSF fees. I was charged on more than 1 occasion a $35 NSF fee when my .99 cent Apple care bill hit. One time, I was charged an NSF fee 3 days after I deposited an $800 check only to find out there is a "5 day waiting period" for mobile deposit checks. I got refunded *1* of the I think 4 NSF fees you charged me on this occasion "as a courtesy". AS A COURTESY MY ASS. 3. "Digital Assistant" - Claire? Your digital assistant? Useless. Has yet to help me with a single thing I needed. It is INSANE to me that you have people's money, in the bank, and there is no 24 hour customer support? 4. There was a fraud incident on my card. I filled out the investigation report and turned it in. $468 was stolen from me, Clearview only decided that $332 was refundable??? Like they just picked a random amount. I called and asked for a copy of my paperwork. Rep was unable to provide that so I drove to a branch (Bloomfield/Shadyside) and spoke with the branch manager. She informed me she would reach out to fraud and provide me with all the materials I asked for. Haven't heard anything. Called her yesterday and today and left a message - still haven't heard anything. Great manager, that was a great hire for sure. 5. Haven't paid my student loan in 3 months because I am broke. There are days I have to call off work because I don't have enough money for a tank of gas to get there so, student loan got put on the backburner, sorry (not sorry) about it. Because of this, they have put a $368 hold on my checking account. Account states I have "$268 available" but "-$91" current. That makes fucking sense. Back with the NSF fees got hit with 3 in a row ($105 total) because of this hold, even though my app says there is money available :) Fuck ya'll - fuck Clearview FCU, fuck the branch manager of the shadyside location, fuck your fraud investigation team, quite literally fuck all of ya'll. Terrible, terrible bank will never recommend your services to anyone.

(Their "Auto switch" was Russian roulette) Also the on line "Bill Pay" is awful. I was a member of Parkview for 45+ years and had I known this merger was going to be a nightmare I would have switched to a regular bank.

Really truly horrible people I tried to make a zelle transaction as a new user between me and my…read morecousin and we got some issues and because of that they froze my funds for five months for fraud investigation, not only that but they also froze my disabled Daughter's social security disability account as well. the guy that handled my issue in the bank -James- and the security representative - Amanda - who handled my case over the phone are nothing but unprofessional rude mean, not well trained people. They treated me so badly, and they both were so mean to me. Shame on them and shame on Dollar Bank to have representatives like them treating clients that way, and I have been a customer for years in Dollar Bank. I am just new to Zelle. Dollar bank and Zelle didn't even bother running a real investigation to question the owner of the account where the money was transferred (in this case it is my cousin) the bank and Zelle preferred instead of running a real investigation to expedite the money release they prefer to just hold the money for five months without any care if their clients need the money for their urgent life situations such as medical or rent payments and that is because they are selfish and think only about themselves as they are held responsible for paying back that amount if a claim showed up within five month and the bank liability falls off after five months and that makes them selfish as they are thinking only about themselves not the clients. They must hire a professional security team that can investigate those cases faster to release the money to clients faster instead of using the simple way, which is holding the funds for five month. and I understand their paranoia and I understand where they came from, they are surrounded by negative energy the whole time because they always get exposed to many fraud cases to the point that they can't know the good people from the bad, and that gives me a concern that this bank is an unsafe place to have my money. In five months, when the truth is revealed and when they see for themselves that the money is released to my account, they will regret treating me in that horrific way. Unfortunately, Dollar Bank is a very small primitive bank and don't have a professional supervisor that I can talk to to submit complaints about their representatives, We are now on april 2nd 2024. In five months, they will regret treating an innocent person like me in that horrible way. In five months, when I get back my money from the hold, my husband and I will shut down our accounts for good, and I already shut down my children accounts with them. And I will give an update when I get back my money with a receipt to prove it. I never recommend this bank to anyone. and I never recommend Zelle to anyone as the price of the "fee free transfer" is expensive. Stay away of those paranoid in Dollar bank and Zelle. My review is based on an honest real experience, and the truth is the absolute defense. AN UPDATE: on August 29th 2024 I got my money back and the mean representatives of the bank and over the phone didn't even bother to apologize for the inconvenience. Lucky for me I found a better bank for my savings with a high interest rate where my money can really get me real return comparing to Dollar Bank.
