Teasing my boring and do not do business with this company. They try to upsell you on different policies and we need decline. They give you an attitude. I paid my pay off the exact amount that it showed online and told them I had proof of my payout and they're still telling me sometimes unless glitches and there's an additional balance of $35. Instead of trying to make it right, they just told me it's my choice. I refuse to pay it. So now I'm going to have to pay it and then dispute it with my bank and documentation because instead of just fixing it and making it right, they want to give you the runaround and take advantage of people UPDATE: After posting this review corporate did reach out and make things right. read more

this is the worst company i have ever gone through to receive a loan. i was (early 20's) when i took out my "loan" with 'One Main'. I specifically told the woman that i spoke to that i was unfamiliar with loans and how the process worked. I did agree to a loan that was A 35% INTEREST RATE with a lien on my car and i had no idea what i was doing. which later turned out to be a 35% interest rate on a 'personal loan'........not an automobile loan. it's now FIVE YEARS LATER and ive hardly paid anything down on my car that is currently going out on me. I would have never gone with this company in my entire life. don't get me wrong, the people i have spoken with on the phone have been absolutely kind and willing to work with me, but how much can someone help me when i owe this company so much money on a lien?? I wish i would have understood this company a little bit better before i decided to choose a company like this. for reference i have a 2017 kia sorento and after FIVE YEARS i owe just as much today, as i did when i bought the car. read more
