I went to pay back this $425 and they changed it to $445. After I paid this I told them to close my account that I don't want to get a loan again from them. I was told that there's another $31 to be paid as annual fees. I asked for their corporate office number and called them and they were unable to explain why I have to pay extra after I have paid this loan in "Full". Be careful with businesses like this. I told them that I will fight it. This morning I called the business after they responded to my review. The representative that answered gave her name as Tiffany. She asked me for the last last four of my socials. I gave it to her and she hung up immediately. On 11/21/22 someone sent me a text message to call FirstFin Credit LOC. Today 11/23/22 I called FirstFin Credit LOC and spoke with Sholanda. After she verified my identity she told me that her company was going through a third party to process loans. I told her that this loan has been paid in full by me under 2 weeks. She said they are charging more than 20% to process loans. I told her that the loan was paid in full under 2 weeks and it looked like I was scammed by their company. I told her that I will fight it. I don't recommend doing business with this company.

First I call to ask what time they're closing and the girl says 7:30.. When I arrive after rushing the hours posted on the door say 9 o'clock. Wowwwww that really blew me away like why lie like that? Secondly I go in to try getting a payday loan. The girl behind the window says my bank isn't accepted there so I start panicking again trying to see if I had another solution. After no other plan I ask her if we can go ahead n try it anyways to see if it will work. She takes and enters my information and guess what. My bank DOES work. So I'm sitting here panicking and working for pretty much no reason. Too bad the downtown location closes so early. The girls are much nicer there.
