They didnt carry over the last banks settings so i've had instances of bounced checks despite having money in savings. when i called, i waited 45 minutes only to be told 'don't worry you get three free bounced checks a year'. YIKES. OK, so me chasing down three people that expected to be paid by me is perfectlly acceptable? Final straw came today when my husband and I had to call because HE was getting fraud alerts for Uber Eats, which he doesnt use. The fraud department wouldnt allow him to declare this as fraud because I have an uber account. Sure enough his card WAS attached to my Uber account but it was expired. Regardless the charge was NOT authorized and my Uber account has NO record of it but somehow WE are supposed to 'figure it out' with Uber. Anyway just flag the shit as fraud and lets all move on with our life but NOOOO dealing with Vystar is a huge pain in the ass and they are going out of their way to not help us at times. Can't wait till I get far enough ahead to just transfer EVERYTHING.
