I have been using an ach to pay for at least twenty years. There was an incident with the bank that required me to change my card number. I called joe McGhees office and explained the situation. The representative on the phone said there was nothing she could do until the bank reported inability to complete draft. Now they (joe McGhee) is trying to charge me $15.00 return check fee.. first of all I didn't write secondly I called and tried to fix it in advance and they blew me off. I'm gonna another agent that will hopefully appreciate a long standing customer and offer quality costumer service.

It's a rarity that I actually get in the teller line nowadays since the NFCU app is pretty robust to do check deposits with a snap of a photo as well as easy $ transfer from/to any NFCU accounts. I have been very happy with my past engagements with NFCU's loan (mortgage, auto) departments and like the immediate responsiveness of their credit card fraud department when they flag potential fraudulent transactions. I do miss that NFCU no longer has coin counting machines (allowed customers to have their coins counted and deposited directly into NFCU accounts) in any of their branch locations.
