He called me after I left him a voicemail. When we spoke he seemed to want to confuse things more than they are already confused. I mentioned that all the confusion we were seeing in estate planning documents prepared by PFHG Law was a real problem. He told me he could set up a call between Wells Fargo and myself. I informed him that might be good if we had all beneficiaries on the line and recorded the call. At that point he became very agitated over the idea that he himself might have been recorded. Our late mother was a vulnerable senior who received fraudulent account statements where embezzlement was indicated. Her vulnerability is reflected by the fact that her estate planning documentation is open to multiple interpretations and fundamentals are not explicitly stated. Those documents were prepared by PFHG Law and they allow payment to 3rd parties for services it seems that Wells Fargo should do in house. Make no mistake, the banking system, to a large degree owns the legal profession, and much of Federal and State Government. The financial services industry is one of the largest contributors to political campaigns and they fund both sides of the fence. If you ever have a complaint against a bank you will find officials you are complaining to are funded by the people you are complaining about. https://youtu.be/PcodyFAUNds
