According to the Bankruptcy laws chapter 13 fees are included into the bankruptcy. I gave this attorney 500.00 out of desperation hoping to obtain him for 5,500.00 for chapter 13 and when I could not come up with the 5,500.00 fee, he would not return my money. Therefore, it appears this attorney is all about the money than helping people in bad situations.

Of course they make a point of saying they do everything according to the contract you have signed with them, but what "good" lawyer doesn't put in more protections for themselves rather than their already desperate clients? Like other reviewers experienced, when Century's negotiations with my creditors didn't go as well as they had planned, their fine print threw out the minimum principal savings offered in my contract. Of course there is no sense of fair play, that they should somehow compensate for their failure to deliver. They have refused to negotiate or budge an inch to reduce their commission. Thing is that sharks don't generally prey on humans.
