While April was just doing her job and probably doesn't remember our first conversation, I do. The whole team was prompt, professional, and courteous. I will definitely use them for my future legal needs and certainly recommend them to others.

Reviewing a firm that assists with estate planning is somewhat odd...it's something that one hopes…read moreis only done once...that one (hopefully) doesn't become very experienced with...and if it's done wrong it's too late for you to do anything about it. That said, we had a very good experience with Bill and the team. Both we and my elderly in-laws came in for estate plans. A personalized welcome sign greeted us in the lobby. The entire staff took covid precautions very seriously. It's clear that Bill and crew have done this many, many times, as Bill's spiels are clearly practiced and answer so many first-timer questions up front. Bill and his team members are all very patient and responsive to questions. Bill offered good alternatives for our particular situations. I appreciate that the firm is tied into a network of estate planners to help them stay abreast of changes to law. I also appreciated the choice between three levels of estate planning, and Bill's honesty in recommending a lower (and less expensive) level that would meet our needs. And for those who might need it, an option to join a customer care program that provides ready access to the forms resources for those who need it. This is one time when saying I won't be going back to a business is a good thing: it means I believe the job was done right the first time and so won't require a return visit. I would highly recommend this law firm to others.

I had a horrible experience with Glenn Warren. He was extremely unresponsive. I would ask for…read moreupdates and often get no reply at all. If I did get a reply, it was days or even weeks later of me continuing to follow up. Communication was inconsistent and frustrating. He was also very unorganized. One of the many examples: He once called to tell me the other party accepted 100 percent fault, then later said he was mistaken and that he had confused my case with another client. That was a major red flag I wish I didn't ignore. I was especially disappointed because he knew how nervous I was about hiring an attorney. My dad advised me not to, and I told him that. He reassured me that I would be in good hands. That could not have been further from the truth. My friend also was who recommended me to him because she had the most amazing experience with Glenn. I cannot say the same. I felt like I was always put on the back burner. After almost two years of little to no progress, I finally let him go. I regret not doing it sooner. Only after I fired him did he start promising that I would be a priority and give him one last chance. I should have been a priority from the very beginning. He kept giving me the same excuse for an entire year that he had other court sensitive deadlines he needed to handle. Which I personally think is a pile of bull I think he just looked at mine as a smaller $ case. Two years of that is unacceptable. When my new attorney asked for my file, they told me there was almost nothing in it. They forwarded it to me, and they were right. It was basically empty. I would not recommend Glenn Warren based on my experience. Run far far away.

One evening I left an inquiry on his firm's website. Late the next day he responded by saying he had been in court all day and would call the following morning. If this procedure did not prove to be successful he would handle it for me through the court systems via a formal engagement. In my opinion, this was a true example of a lawyer who showed expediency and empathy over profits. I would trust his firm to handle any future business I might have in the State of Florida.
