When I checked with reception, same woman, same treatment, she said since we had been here the previous day she moved us to the appointment line, but would not tell us when the appointment is. "Just sit down and wait" were her instructions. THEN WE GOT TO COUNTER 9 and Precious. Precious was the polar opposite of checking woman. Precious was kind, smiling, friendly and efficient as well as expedient and kind. I I would give Precious and a . But I leave the overall at because the supervisory element allows customers to be treated as cattle through the shoot. I know this because when I spoke to a supervisor she defended the checkin woman instead of apologizing and indicating she would conduct further training on customer greeting and amiability in the process.
