I always end up parking near the door, so you have to be careful someone does not cut through the parking lot to snag a parking space at the front, then there are the pedestrians. This layout is a mess. I am sure the Vystar management wishes they could tear it down and start over with something more pleasing, but they are using an old branch of a former bank, and it works for their uses. When you enter the facility, you can tell it is old and dated, with the staff members at the front to great you and help you, if needed. Most of the interior is carpet, with tile at the teller windows. There are a few desks to help you write out your transaction slips and then the line of tellers. On a recent trip I noticed 5+ tellers, so they were there to help and that was on a Friday. I have never had to wait more than a couple of minutes in line. These tellers are the best at Vystar, or maybe our area is spoiled. I know I have been to other locations on the southside/phillips and the wait can be like watching paint dry, not at this one, the Wabash location. Great service, wish the decor was a bit newer/nicer, but then again, I go there for the service.
