The Customer Service representative that helped me today was absolutely wonderful and helpful. Her name is Patricia N. I would not recommend Premier America Credit Union based on my mortgage servicing experience…read more My mortgage originated through Premier America, and their main banking dashboard showed my mortgage loan as **"Current."** The mortgage portal also showed only the normal payment amount due and did not clearly indicate that a prior payment was missing, that the loan was past due, or that two payments were required to bring the account current. The only way I could have possibly noticed something was wrong was by reviewing the payment history in small text. The main payment screen did not clearly say **"past due," "delinquent," "two payments due,"** or provide any obvious warning that the loan was at risk of being reported late. When I made my payment, the system only showed/requested one payment. I later learned there was an issue after receiving calls from the bank, which I initially thought could be spam because my online account still appeared current. When I disputed the issue, I was essentially told that Premier America's main banking dashboard did not matter and that only the mortgage servicing portal mattered. I strongly disagree. This was the bank that originated my loan, and its own dashboard displayed the mortgage as current. More importantly, even the mortgage portal did not clearly display a past-due warning or the full amount required to bring the loan current. In my opinion, this is not transparent and creates a serious risk for borrowers. A mortgage payment system should clearly show the actual account status, any past-due balance, the total amount required, and whether multiple payments are due. Instead, the information presented to me was confusing and incomplete, and I am now dealing with a late fee and a credit reporting issue as a result. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Premier America Credit Union for mortgage lending or servicing.

It's not good that I had to go into a place like this, but I am happy that I chose a store that…read moremade the humbling process very easy. I had to pay my car insurance deductible a few days before pay day, and needed the payday advance. Ayanna was extremely friendly and helpful. She took the time to listen and to explain the options. She put up with me while I explored my options last minute and didn't try to rush me into the decision. They called in advance of the payment drafting to make sure all was good, just in case anything had changed. It was difficult to swallow that I paid $101 in fees to get my deductible amount only a few days before payday...but the pay back process was easy. I paid the full amount back on my paycheck and it was auto drafted from my account. If anyone is ever in need of something like this, I highly recommend them. PS- I used them because they were the ONLY payday loan place on Google with 5 stars. I wanted to make sure that the first time would be a good experience and not some sham. I'm glad I checked around!

I began trying to get the final closing amount and wiring instructions on the 24th of March. Lisa said she would do that for me. It was time sensitive since we were driving 10 hrs. to do the closing and this step was imperative to complete beforehand. Finally over 24 hrs. later, I called and they finally sent it. Lisa promised she'd email them, on the 24th. Our closing was slated for 11:00 a.m. We were doing it virtually. My husband in Ok. and me in Texas. I gave them my email, more than once, and during the closing, on the phone, she claimed she didn't have mine. We FINALLY got to close at 1:00 p.m., the 27th after several phone calls asking her what the holdup was. A couple of times we got the answering machine, not a human. Lisa's final excuse was they have approx. 250 closings per day and we'd just have to be patient! I felt like we were more than patient. Bottom line, Lisa. If you can't handle the heat, get out of the kitchen. Hire help or better yet, find a different profession. My husband and I were self-employed for 40 years and had we ran our business, like you do, we would not have been in business.
