6/1/20 covid update…read more Customers still not allowed inside. Word from a reliable source is that even after renovation is complete soon, they will not reopen. Consequently customers are forced into long lines for the drive through. When I was there today there must have been 20-30 cars in line, and they were blocking the street. Line for the single ATM was at least six people and very slow.

This is the busiest Navy federal branch I have ever been too. They are usually well staffed but a…read morelot of times it take awhile to do basic banking such as making a deposit. Drive through line usually wraps around the entire building. The rates arnt much better than the main stream banks despite being a veteran. Our Service King experience:…read more I had the unfortunate experience of being in an auto accident through no fault of my own. I thought our truck was damaged but drivable. The insurance company set up an appointment with Service King for an estimate on the damages. Stephanie was our Service Advisor and was approachable, professional, and thorough from the start! Immediately she recognized that it was not safe to drive our truck. She didn't hesitate to make the necessary calls to get us into a rental vehicle immediately. Over the days that followed Stephanie kept us informed on the progress of our estimate. She knew how we valued our vehicle and truly hoped it could be fixed. The numbers were tight but the insurance company gave the nod and the tear down began. That's when Stephanie had to call us with the sad sad news. There was more damage than what could have been determined with the initial estimate. Now we were beyond value and the insurance company was sure to total our vehicle. Stephanie was timely in very way. She never left us feeling like we were forgotten or on the bottom of her list of jobs. It's not every day that we face losing a vehicle that we rely on so much - almost like a member of the family. She got that. When we arrived to remove our personal belongings and saw our truck for the last time it was like attending a wake and I got emotional. She understood. Because I was 2+ hours earlier than the scheduled pickup time I had to wait for the van to be cleaned. First we did the paperwork and it went smooth and I was told that it would be a few minutes before the van was ready. Disappointed, I waited in the waiting room and walked the new car lot for some time. The van was clean and performed as needed. The man working (the black man) was very friendly and efficient. I apologized for showing up early and he apologized for me having to wait. Overall I had a good experience and I will return if the price is lower than the competitor.
