My husband and I went in to have our taxes…read moreand were told that we qualified for the 3000.00 rapid refund, so we went ahead and paid over double what we usually pay to have our taxes done so we could get the rtapid refund. It's been 3 weeks and we still haven't received it, they keep telling us any day then my husband checked on his state return they hadn't even received it yet and it had been 2 weeks at that point. He called the state they said they hadn't received it called H&R Block they said oh it says here they've received it they just haven't looked at it yet then all of sudden he got a notification that it was received, the tax preparer forgot to send our state taxes and if he hadn't checked we'd still be waiting. Don't waste your time or money here they aren't very competent.
