Always the same problem, never has cash!! Everytime I get a loan here they never have cash how are they in business with no money

I opened accounts with Union Bank just before it became US Bank. I had a good experience with the…read moreBank Manager Richard Moen in getting my accounts opened. He said if I ever needed anything to feel free to speak with him! Great! I am selling my home and had just received my finalized Revocable Trust from my attorney. I was told by my escrow officer I needed to open a trust account in order for the funds from the sale of my home to be received as my house deed re-recorded to show it was in my trust. I went straight to US Bank from my escrow company and was told their legal department would need to review my trust before an account could be opened. A teller and her supervisor told me I had to provide a copy of my trust. I could email it....I was unable to do so. I sent a complete copy with a friend to drop off in the branch for me. She was turned away because she was told it had to be the originals!!! But if I could email, how would they know if it were a copy or original?? Made no sense!!! I took down my original and was told it was not true they needed the originals! They didn't know what they were doing or talking about! I was told I'd receive a call from the branch within 2 days with an appointment to open my account. That did NOT happen! I tried and tried to call the branch, called the 800 number over and over and over for 3 days. The branch never answered. The main office COULD NOT GET THRU FOR ME. I finally had to settle with making an appointment TO TALK TO SOMEONE about what was going on with opening my account! So 8 days after dropping off my original documents for them to copy and receiving NO CONTACT IN 2 days.... I went to my appointment. I was 12 minutes late unexpectedly. I walked into the branch. To the right were 3 tellers, not busy. To my left one woman was at a desk by the Managers desk on the phone. I stood in the middle of the office for 9 MINUTES WITHOUT anyone ACKNOWLEDGING I WAS THERE! Unreal!!! When that woman got off the phone, I said I had an appointment and she asked if my name was.... YES......and then she proceeded to berate me because I was late!!! She said it would take a full hour to open my account and she only had one hour for me! I told her she wasted 9 mins of my time on her personal phone call! It was crazy! I had to get that account opened so I had to deal with her. Otherwise I would have said screw you and walked out. She made no eye contact, was rude as hell, and treated me like nobody. MAYRA. I asked her if Richard Moen the manager was there? She said yes, WOULD YOU LIKE ME TO INTERRUPT HIS LUNCH?!?! I said no, of course not. I just asked a question! So I left and after getting home I got a survey from the bank! I filled it out in detail! I received a call regarding my AWFUL experience from Nathan at the US Bank main office. He was shocked! He was soooo sorry. He was going to contact the Manager Richard Moen right away to let him know and have him handle her baddddd out of line service I experienced! It's NOT acceptable in any way I was told by Nathan. I felt better.....then I had to drop into the branch 5 days later. I saw Richard Moen the bank manager about some questions and sat at his desk. After I got my answers, I said, it was awful and a nightmare dealing with Mayra and pointed to her. He looked puzzled! I said you heard about how I was treated, right? By Nathan in your main office regarding a big complaint?? HE KNEW NOTHING ABOUT MY ORDEAL!!!! Nathan who so kindly called about my experience and then LIED ABOUT THE FACT HE WOULD MAKE RESOLVE TO MY AWFUL EXPERIENCE AND NOTIFY THE BANK MANAGER IMMEDIATELY. THE ONE WHO WOULD NEVER ALLOW HIS CUSTOMERS TO BE TREATED AS I WAS! Lies. Lies. Lies. They all do not care. Watch out for that MAYRA! If you want to be told lies and deal with a bank that doesn't care about you as a customer....choose US BANK!!! The Oswell branch is the best!!! At lying and treating customers like dirt and making up procedures to suit them! Steer clear.

They went in to open a new checking and savings account for my 17-year-old son, and Daisy went above and beyond in every possible way. She was incredibly thoughtful, patient, and thorough--spending over an hour guiding my son through every detail of the process. She explained each step clearly, took the time to answer all of his questions, and made sure he fully understood how to use the mobile banking app and the ATM. She truly treated him with respect and care, making what could have been an overwhelming experience into an empowering and educational one. Daisy's professionalism, kindness, and genuine dedication to helping others is something that deserves to be acknowledged and celebrated. We left the bank not only feeling confident in the services provided, but grateful for the experience she created. Daisy is a true asset to your team, and we can't thank her enough!

This is the new Chase bank that replaced the Mt Vernon location…read more It's much nicer and obviously newer lol. They have two drive thru ATM's along with 2 ATM's in "The Lobby" area and 2 ATM's inside the actual bank too. Better security! As you have to slide your card to get into The Lobby area ATM's (during closed business hours only) Cool blue lighting inside the lobby area too! parking can get packed quick during peek business hours because the parking lot isn't that big, but luckily there is plenty of other parking options near by. Haven't really interacted with the staff all that much, but everything seems cool. I like it. :)
