Let me repeat, WHEN I CAN. I'm currently in-between jobs and cannot afford to pay it right now, which Paul apparently cannot or will not understand. I had to block their number because of the harassment and now he just calls me from a Private Number. Today got hostile on both ends, I told him I cannot pay it, he told me otherwise and when I told him to stop calling because it's now considered harassment per a friend of mine (he's also works for a debt collection agency, he also said I can sue for every word Paul says after I first told him I'd pay online when I can.. I don't want to resort to this) Paul replied, "you'll be getting more phone calls" and so I told him "I'll just keep hanging up then".. Why on earth would you employ/keep someone who is filled with such disdain and provides the worst customer service I've ever heard of!? I worked 911 for years and even after being yelled at, belittled and insulted everyday I never talked to anyone the way he did. If you're the owner and see this review, please take corrective action. You're Google reviews are mainly 1 Star reviews and almost every 1 Star review talks about harassment and rudeness.
